Aix\u00ed mateix, en el nostre cas, tamb\u00e9 observem com s\u00f3n tractats els conflictes a l&#8217;aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Els objectius del projecte\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Detectar noves metodologies per aprofitar les tecnologies emergents a l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Incorporar la Innovaci\u00f3 Avan\u00e7ada en Aspectes de Gesti\u00f3 del Centre:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Identificar i integrar pr\u00e0ctiques innovadores en la gesti\u00f3 escolar per optimitzar els processos administratius i estrat\u00e8gics del centre educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Incorporar Bones Pr\u00e0ctiques en la Gesti\u00f3 del Centre Provinents de la Dimensi\u00f3 Internacional: Adaptar i adoptar bones pr\u00e0ctiques de gesti\u00f3 escolar d&#8217;\u00e0mbit internacional per refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia i la qualitat en l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 del centre educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Millorar la Compet\u00e8ncia Digital del Professorat:\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Desenvolupar programes de formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua per al cos docent amb l&#8217;objectiu de millorar les seves habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital, promovent aix\u00ed la integraci\u00f3 efectiva de la tecnologia en el proc\u00e9s educatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; Tot aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 documentat oficialment amb la signatura per part de totes dues parts dels acords, planificaci\u00f3, assist\u00e8ncia i observaci\u00f3 de les classes. Simult\u00e0niament, hem utilitzat el padlet per informar a temps real cada dia el m\u00e9s important que hem fet a les mobilitats. A la tornada hem fet la transmissi\u00f3 de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia i dels resultats al claustre. I tamb\u00e9 ho hem penjat a les nostres xarxes socials perqu\u00e8 tothom interessat hi pugui tenir acc\u00e9s. Un gran esfor\u00e7 per part de tots l&#8217;equip de l&#8217;Erasmus+ del Bisbe Berenguer.
