D&#8217;aquesta manera, els alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials, els alumnes amb dificultats d&#8217;aprenentatge i els alumnes amb risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social s\u00f3n els primers que s&#8217;han de beneficiar de la intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests especialistes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><u>FUNCIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>1. Atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">a) Doc\u00e8ncia i\/o atenci\u00f3 dins de l\u2019aula en la part comuna i optativa del curr\u00edculum, prioritzant l\u2019alumnat amb m\u00e9s dificultats a fi que assoleixi les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">b) Atenci\u00f3 individualitzada a alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials i alumnes que, per situacions personals o socials, requereixen una atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>2. Suport t\u00e8cnic al professorat<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">a) Valoraci\u00f3 de necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat en l\u2019\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic i escolar i concreci\u00f3 de propostes d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 educativa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">b) Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en la planificaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives i did\u00e0ctiques per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">c) Participaci\u00f3 en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i el seguiment d\u2019adaptacions curriculars individualitzades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">d) Aportaci\u00f3 de materials espec\u00edfics i adaptats que facilitin la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats espec\u00edfiques en les activitats ordin\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">e) Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en la prevenci\u00f3 de conductes de risc i en la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">f) Participaci\u00f3 en la comissi\u00f3 d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat a fi de col\u00b7laborar en la planificaci\u00f3 i el seguiment de mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">g) Coordinaci\u00f3 de les actuacions dels serveis externs que intervenen en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>3. Suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i a l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">El professorat de psicologia i pedagogia pot col\u00b7laborar amb els tutors en:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">a) L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies per al coneixement del grup i de l\u2019alumnat,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">b) L\u2019atenci\u00f3 i el seguiment de l\u2019alumnat amb dificultats espec\u00edfiques i de l\u2019alumnat amb escolaritzaci\u00f3 compartida,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">c) El desenvolupament de sessions de grup,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">d) La planificaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament activitats d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 escolar i professional, principalment al final de cada etapa escolar,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">e) Orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica per la pressa de decisions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">f) La realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019entrevistes amb fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">El professorat de psicologia i pedagogia tamb\u00e9 pot col\u00b7laborar en la <strong>Coordinaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Acci\u00f3 Tutorial<\/strong> pel que fa a:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">a) La planificaci\u00f3 de temes o activitats per treballar en la tutoria de grup,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">b) El desenvolupament de continguts de les reunions de tutors de nivell,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">c) La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d\u2019agents externs,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">d) La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb xarxes de treball que coordinen recursos i actuacions d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 escolar i professional a nivell de municipi i territori.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">En el desenvolupament de les funcions, el professorat de psicologia i pedagogia comptar\u00e0 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019EAP ( equip extern d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic) i la TIS. (t\u00e8cnica d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>4.
