En aquest sentit, la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu ha de ser una eina que faciliti la cooperaci\u00f3 entre les accions educatives de les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa del centre educatiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu formalitza la coresponsabilitat entre el centre educatiu i les fam\u00edlies per dur a terme una acci\u00f3 coherent i coordinada en el desenvolupament personal, acad\u00e8mic i social de cada infant i jove. La carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu \u00e9s l\u2019instrument que estableix el marc de comunicaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n possibles les aliances i les complicitats entre la fam\u00edlia i el centre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>COMPROMISOS:<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per part del centre<\/h5>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Facilitar una formaci\u00f3 que contribueixi al desenvolupament integral de la personalitat de l\u2019alumne o alumna.<\/li>\n<li>Vetllar per fer efectius els drets de l\u2019alumne o alumna en l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Respectar les conviccions religioses, morals i ideol\u00f2giques de la fam\u00edlia i de l\u2019alumne o alumna.<\/li>\n<li>Informar la fam\u00edlia del projecte educatiu i de les normes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament del centre en la reuni\u00f3 que es far\u00e0 a principi de curs amb el tutor de grup.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir comunicaci\u00f3 regular amb la fam\u00edlia al llarg del curs, en la qual el tutor o tutora individual informar\u00e0 a la fam\u00edlia dels criteris que s\u2019aplicaran per avaluar el rendiment acad\u00e8mic, dels resultats de les avaluacions i de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 personal i acad\u00e8mica de l\u2019alumne o alumna. Es faran dues entrevistes com a m\u00ednim durant el curs.<\/li>\n<li>Adoptar les mesures educatives alternatives o complement\u00e0ries adients per atendre les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019alumne o alumna i mantenir-ne informada la fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicar a la fam\u00edlia les abs\u00e8ncies no justificades de l\u2019alumne o alumna al centre ,i qualsevol altra circumst\u00e0ncia que sigui rellevant per al seu desenvolupament acad\u00e8mic i personal: A primera hora del mat\u00ed i de la tarda el centre trucar\u00e0 a les fam\u00edlies dels alumnes que no han vingut al centre per informar-se del motiu de l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Atendre en un termini raonable, aproximadament una setmana, les peticions d\u2019entrevista o de comunicaci\u00f3 que formuli la fam\u00edlia. Tot dependr\u00e0 de la gravetat del cas.<\/li>\n<li>Se signar\u00e0 i es revisar\u00e0 conjuntament amb la fam\u00edlia el compliment d\u2019aquests compromisos a 1r d\u2019 ESO.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per part de la fam\u00edlia<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respectar el car\u00e0cter propi del centre i recon\u00e8ixer l\u2019autoritat del professorat i de l\u2019equip directiu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respectar a tot el personal que treballa en el centre : personal de consergeria, secretaria i neteja.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compartir amb el centre l\u2019educaci\u00f3 del fill o filla i desenvolupar i afavorir les complicitats que s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries per aplicar el projecte educatiu del centre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instar el fill o filla a respectar les normes espec\u00edfiques de funcionament del centre, en particular, les que afecten la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar i el desenvolupament normal de les classes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vetllar perqu\u00e8 el fill o filla compleixi el deure b\u00e0sic de l\u2019estudi i d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia regular i puntual a les activitats acad\u00e8miques, i tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 faci les tasques encomanades a casa pel professorat. Controlar l\u2019agenda escolar com a eina de comunicaci\u00f3 entre el centre i la fam\u00edlia i com a eina on s\u2019hi anoten els deures i els treballs que s\u2019han de fer o b\u00e9 fer el seguiment dels deures per Internet.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajudar el nostre fill o filla a organitzar el temps d\u2019estudi a casa i a preparar el material per a l\u2019activitat escolar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adre\u00e7ar-se directament al centre per contrastar les discrep\u00e0ncies, coincid\u00e8ncies o suggeriments en relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu en la formaci\u00f3 del fill o filla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Facilitar al centre les informacions del fill o filla que siguin rellevants per al proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atendre en un termini raonable, aproximadament una setmana, les peticions d\u2019entrevista o de comunicaci\u00f3 que formuli el centre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adoptar criteris i mesures que puguin afavorir el rendiment escolar del fill o filla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fam\u00edlia es compromet a complir els acords presos per a la millora de l\u2019actitud del seu fill\/a i el tutor far\u00e0 un seguiment del seu compliment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Informar el fill o filla del contingut d\u2019aquests compromisos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se signar\u00e0 i es revisar\u00e0 conjuntament amb la fam\u00edlia el compliment d\u2019aquests compromisos a 1r d\u2019ESO.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fam\u00edlia pot aportar propostes i suggeriments a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019 AMPA, el tutor o equip directiu.
