El dia 2 de desembre es va rebre a l\u2019Institut una comunicaci\u00f3 oficial per part de l\u2019Ajuntament\u00a0de Calaf, segons la qual deixar\u00e0 de fer-se c\u00e0rrec del servei de Biblioteca a finals de mes i\u00a0aquesta haur\u00e0 de tancar.<\/p>\n
El professorat del Claustre, el PAS, la Junta de l\u2019AMPA i l\u2019Equip directiu estem preocupats per\u00a0aquesta decisi\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 afectar\u00e0 negativament no nom\u00e9s a estudiants del centre que deixaran\u00a0de tenir acc\u00e9s al servei que ha donat la Biblioteca durant els 25 anys de funcionament, sin\u00f3 a la\u00a0poblaci\u00f3 que en fa \u00fas. Per part de l\u2019Institut hi continua havent tota la predisposici\u00f3, la\u00a0col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la voluntat de mantenir la Biblioteca oberta, com fins ara.<\/p>\n
Considerem que en una zona com Calaf i comarca, no es pot renunciar a tenir una Biblioteca\u00a0p\u00fablica de qualitat, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s fonamental per a la formaci\u00f3, la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats, la\u00a0lectura, la recerca, la divulgaci\u00f3 cultural, l\u2019acc\u00e9s a la informaci\u00f3, etc. que s\u00f3n part essencial de\u00a0la nostra tasca com a centre educatiu.<\/p>\n
Entenem que, com a pares\/mares d\u2019alumnes, heu de tenir coneixement d\u2019aquesta decisi\u00f3. Sou\u00a0vosaltres qui heu de valorar com pot afectar a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels vostres fills i filles el fet que la\u00a0Biblioteca estigui tancada i, si ho considereu oport\u00fa, demanar-ne explicacions, aclariments o\u00a0rectificacions a qui pertoqui.<\/p>\n
