<\/a><\/p>\nDurant aquests mesos ens hem anat formant els dimecres a \u00faltima hora del dia. Hem pogut formar-nos amb l\u2019ajuda de dues professores, l\u2019Araceli i la Gemma, que ens han ensenyat el proc\u00e9s que cal seguir per tal de poder fer una mediaci\u00f3. Aquestes noies hem volgut exercir la mediaci\u00f3 volunt\u00e0riament, per tal d\u2019afavorir al centre.<\/p>\n
Hem apr\u00e9s a partir d\u2019exercicis i diverses activitats que ens han ensenyat les professores. Algunes d\u2019aquestes activitats consistien en posar-se al lloc de l\u2019altre, fer de mediadores i comprendre com poder solucionar els problemes que han tingut les\/els alumnes.<\/p>\n

Per a nosaltres ha estat una gran experi\u00e8ncia ja que durant aquests mesos hem apr\u00e8s un munt de coses i sabem una mica millor com actuar davant els conflictes.<\/p>\n
Esperem poder ajudar en la conviv\u00e8ncia del centre i en la\u00a0 soluci\u00f3 de conflictes. Algunes noies de 3r i de 4t d\u2019ESO de l\u2019institut hem participat en la formaci\u00f3 de mediaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest curs per tal d\u2019ajudar l\u2019alumnat del centre a resoldre de manera pac\u00edfica i consensuada possibles problemes que puguin sorgir al llarg del curs.
