Aconsegueixen una formaci\u00f3 adaptada a llocs espec\u00edfics, un major apropament a la cultura d\u2019empresa, experi\u00e8ncia laboral i l\u2019inici del seu historial professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia de formaci\u00f3 s\u2019incorpora tamb\u00e9 al seu expedient com estudiant i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta etapa forma part de la qualificaci\u00f3 final dels m\u00f2duls del cicle formatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-alexandre-de-riquer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu862\/2026\/03\/fp-web1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"862\" height=\"526\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-alexandre-de-riquer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu862\/2026\/03\/fp-web1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8883\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-alexandre-de-riquer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu862\/2026\/03\/fp-web1.png 862w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-alexandre-de-riquer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu862\/2026\/03\/fp-web1-300x183.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ies-alexandre-de-riquer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu862\/2026\/03\/fp-web1-768x469.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 862px) 100vw, 862px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estada a l\u2019empresa es pot desenvolupar en <strong>dues modalitats<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General: <\/strong>els alumnes s\u2019incorporen a les empreses amb conveni de col.laboraci\u00f3 per completar la seva <strong>formaci\u00f3 com estudiant (no laboral)<\/strong> fent durant el transcurs del cicle un total de <strong>515 hores<\/strong> d\u2019estada a l\u2019empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intensiva:<\/strong> en aquesta modalitat, <strong>l\u2019alumne s\u2019incorpora com aprenent a l\u2019empresa <\/strong>i combina la formaci\u00f3 en el centre educatiu amb l\u2019activitat a l\u2019empresa a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un contracte de formaci\u00f3 en alternan\u00e7a, establint-se una relaci\u00f3 laboral entre empresa i alumne.
