El proc\u00e9s electoral s\u2019efectuar\u00e0 per renovar la meitat dels membres de cadascun del sectors que formen els consells escolars.<\/p>\n<h1>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un Consell Escolar ?<\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell Escolar del centre \u00e9s l\u2019\u00f2rgan de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat escolar en el govern del centre, amb funcions en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la programaci\u00f3 general, i en el seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 de les seves activitats.<\/p>\n<h1>Quina \u00e9s la composici\u00f3 del Consell Escolar del nostre centre:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>El director del centre, que n\u2019\u00e9s el president.<\/li>\n<li>La cap d\u2019estudis.<\/li>\n<li>El secretari (amb veu per\u00f2 sense vot).<\/li>\n<li>1 representant de l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/li>\n<li>1 pare\/mare designat per l\u2019 AFA (vacant per no estar constitu\u00efda).<\/li>\n<li>5 docents elegits pel claustre.<\/li>\n<li>2 representants de les fam\u00edlies d\u2019alumnes, elegits entre les fam\u00edlies del centre.<\/li>\n<li>2 representants de l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/li>\n<li>1 representant del personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis (PAS).<\/li>\n<li>1 representant del personal d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa (PAE).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TOTAL = 16 membres del Consell Escolar del Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Tots ells han de ser elegits per cadascun dels sectors corresponents (sector pares, sector mestres, sector serveis).<\/p>\n<p>Exepte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El director, el cap d\u2019estudis i la secret\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>El representant de l\u2019Ajuntament que el designa l\u2019Alcalde.<\/li>\n<li>El representant de l\u2019AMPA que el designa la pr\u00f2pia associaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Qui t\u00e9 dret de vot?<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Tots els pares, mares i els\/les tutors\/es legals, els fills i filles dels quals estiguin matriculats al centre en el moment de la convocat\u00f2ria de les eleccions, podran elegir.<\/p>\n<h1>Procediment d\u2019elecci\u00f3 o renovaci\u00f3 dels membres del Consell Escolar. SECTOR FAM\u00cdLIES<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Poden ser <u>candidats al sector fam\u00edlies<\/u>: tots els pares o mares o tutors legals d\u2019alumnes del centre. Per ser candidat cal omplir un impr\u00e8s que podeu recollir al centre. Hi ha temps fins el 17 de<\/li>\n<li><u>Votacions:<\/u> les votacions s\u00f3n personals, directes i secretes. Pot votar tant el pare com la mare o tutor legal dels alumnes escolaritzats en el Centre.<\/li>\n<li><u>Mesa electoral:<\/u> director i dos pares o Actua de secretari\/a el pare o mare de menys edat.<\/li>\n<li>En cas que es vulgui actuar com a <u>supervisor<\/u>, es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant escrit, segons model establert (fins el 18 de novembre).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els membres del Consell Escolar s\u00f3n escollits per quatre anys.
