It allows teachers to gain knowledge and good practices ideas, which they can then bring back into the classroom to make learning more relevant and engaging for students. By observing professionals in action, teachers can better understand the skills and competencies students need to succeed in today\u2019s world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For organizations, hosting teachers creates a direct connection with the education system, helping align curriculum with real-world needs. It also provides an opportunity to show how we work, promote the internationalisation, and inspire future talent.
