Un dels primers tallers anomenat <strong>\u201cRespiraci\u00f3 conscient i benestar\u201d<\/strong> t\u00e9 com a principal objectiu apropar el Mindfulness i la relaxaci\u00f3 als alumnes per aconseguir millorar la seva intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, capacitat de concentraci\u00f3 i disminuir l\u2019estr\u00e8s i l\u2019ansietat.
