Per a cada fase ens valdrem de diferents instruments que ens permetran concretar quin grau de maduresa digital necessitem que assoleixi el centre en cada \u00e0mbit (alumnat, professorat i centre) i com fer-ho. Tot i aix\u00f2, en el document EDC no caldr\u00e0 indicar tots els instruments que s\u2019han utilitzat. Nom\u00e9s haurem d\u2019incloure-hi els que s\u00f3n necessaris per entendre el disseny final de l\u2019EDC. Veiem, fase per fase, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s recomanable que inclogui el document d\u2019EDC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Diagnosi:<\/strong>\u00a0tal com s\u2019indica en la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/edc-suport\/?page_id=8227\">guia d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de la diagnosi<\/a>, hi ha moltes formes possibles per abordar aquesta diagnosi: an\u00e0lisi dels indicadors de centre, realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019enquestes a la comunitat escolar, entrevistes, observacions, \u00fas de la r\u00fabrica del pla TAC, de l\u2019eina SELFIE, etc. Totes aquestes t\u00e8cniques ens proporcionen molta informaci\u00f3. Per\u00f2 cal destacar que a l\u2019EDC nom\u00e9s s\u2019hi han d\u2019incloure les conclusions argumentades de la diagnosi, que permetin entendre la selecci\u00f3 dels objectius.<br \/>\nAix\u00ed doncs, no \u00e9s necessari indicar els gr\u00e0fics de totes les enquestes o afegir tots els indicadors analitzats. Despr\u00e9s de la diagnosi hauran aparegut molts prop\u00f2sits. Caldr\u00e0 seleccionar-los i prioritzar-los. En el document d\u2019EDC nom\u00e9s apareixeran aquells que el centre intentar\u00e0 assolir en el termini establert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planificaci\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>en el document tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han d\u2019incloure les accions detallades per tal d\u2019aconseguir els objectius fixats. Per cada activitat \u00e9s convenient indicar, com a m\u00ednim, la seva temporitzaci\u00f3, els responsables i els recursos necessaris.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3:<\/strong>\u00a0aquesta fase s\u2019ha de concretar en indicadors d\u2019assoliments per cada objectiu i en indicadors de seguiment de cada activitat.
