A trav\u00e9s d’aquesta gamificaci\u00f3, es fomenta la pr\u00e0ctica regular d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, la millora de la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de les diferents parts d\u2019una sessi\u00f3 d\u2019entrenament, aix\u00ed com l\u2019\u00fas adequat del material i de la roba esportiva.<\/p>\n
