Aprenem de qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 feta la Terra i per qu\u00e8 sempre est\u00e0 en constant canvi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I com ho fem tot aix\u00f2? Doncs per comen\u00e7ar, aprenem i recordem tot all\u00f2 que sabem sobre els continents i els oceans. Per mitj\u00e0 de treball cooperatiu, els alumnes i les alumnes treballen fent una presentaci\u00f3 en ppt sobre un continent, tot cercant diferents elements geogr\u00e0fics d\u2019aquest (volcans, serralades, rius rellevants\u2026), on es troba localitzat en un mapa f\u00edsic, curiositats, etc i per \u00faltim, triar cada membre del grup un pa\u00eds d\u2019aquell continent i realitzar una breu explicaci\u00f3 sobre diferents aspectes: quina \u00e9s la seva bandera, llengua, on es troba en el mapa i curiositats sobre aquest.
