seves modalitats (cooperatiu, competitiu, tradicional, expressiu\u2026), durant els primers cursos ens concentrem en entendre els nostres propis sentiments, fruit de viv\u00e8ncies com el desig de vict\u00f2ria, la cooperaci\u00f3, la competici\u00f3 o la descoberta de nous jocs i disciplines esportives\u2026 per posteriorment, des de la consciencia, anar canalitzant emocions com la frustraci\u00f3, la decepci\u00f3\u00a0 o la r\u00e0bia cap a horitzons de creixement que ens ajudin a solidificar valors com l\u2019esfor\u00e7, la voluntat de millora, const\u00e0ncia, treball en
