Tenen com a objectiu traslladar-se d&#8217;un punt a un altre en un entorn de la manera m\u00e9s \u00fatil i eficient possible, adaptant-se a les exig\u00e8ncies del mateix amb la sola ajuda del seu cos.<br \/>\nEl parkour \u00e9s practicat tant individual com col\u2022lectivament en qualsevol entorn, no exclusivament en espais urbans.
