{"id":2624,"date":"2018-04-11T15:05:57","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T13:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iepepacolomer\/?p=2624"},"modified":"2021-02-08T13:23:57","modified_gmt":"2021-02-08T12:23:57","slug":"ous-farcits-amb-garum-%ce%b3%ce%ac%cf%81%ce%bf%ce%bd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iepepacolomer\/comunitat-grans\/grans_1\/ous-farcits-amb-garum-%ce%b3%ce%ac%cf%81%ce%bf%ce%bd\/","title":{"rendered":"Ous farcits amb &#8216;Garum&#8217; (\u03b3\u03ac\u03c1\u03bf\u03bd)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la nostra recerca sobre la Gastronomia grega ens hem decidit per cuinar uns <strong>Ous farcits amb &#8216;Garum&#8217;\u00a0(\u03b3\u03ac\u03c1\u03bf\u03bd)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>ingredients<\/strong> s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un ou dur<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Oli<\/li>\n<li>Vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Mel<\/li>\n<li><em>Garum<\/em>:\n<ul>\n<li>Una llauna d&#8217;anxoves<\/li>\n<li>Dues cullerades d&#8217;oli<\/li>\n<li>Una cullerada de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>El rovell de l&#8217;ou dur<\/li>\n<li>Una pessic de pebre<\/li>\n<li>Una cullerada de mel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de bullir els ous, els hi traiem la closca.<\/p>\n<p>Els tallem per la meitat i separem el rovell de l&#8217;ou.<\/p>\n<p>Fem el &#8216;Garum&#8217; fins que quedi una crema espessa.<\/p>\n<p>Farcim la clara de l&#8217;ou amb el &#8216;Garum&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Hem elaborat la recepta i l&#8217;hem presentat en unes safates.
