{"id":2605,"date":"2018-01-16T12:57:02","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T11:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iepepacolomer\/?p=2605"},"modified":"2021-02-08T13:38:03","modified_gmt":"2021-02-08T12:38:03","slug":"sopa-de-sang-6ea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iepepacolomer\/comunitat-grans\/grans_1\/sopa-de-sang-6ea\/","title":{"rendered":"Sopa de sang &#8211; 6\u00e8A"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Gastronomia d&#8217;un poble ens d\u00f3na pistes sobre la seva manera d&#8217;entendre la vida i la seva cultura.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, estudiant la Gastronomia dels Espartans, hem trobat una recepta que fa honor a la frugalitat i la duresa d&#8217;aquest poble, que ha esdevingut en l&#8217;adjectiu &#8220;espart\u00e0&#8221; o &#8220;espartana&#8221; per qualificar una manera de viure, sistema o situaci\u00f3 rigorosa o molt dura.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta recepta \u00e9s la <strong>&#8216;Sopa de sang&#8217;<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 anomenada <strong>&#8216;Brou negre&#8217;<\/strong>. Era un \u00e0pat freq\u00fcent als campaments en temps de guerra i a l&#8217;escola, anomenada, <strong>Agog\u00e9<\/strong>, pels nens que s&#8217;entrenaven per ser futurs soldats.<\/p>\n<p>Els ingredients de la <strong>Sopa de sang<\/strong> eren els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Sang de porc<\/li>\n<li>Vi<\/li>\n<li>V\u00edsceres de porc<\/li>\n<li>Carn de porc<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cercant com es cuinava vam trobar que era molt similar a com fer un <strong>estofat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vam demanar a la Llu\u00efsa, la cuinera de l&#8217;escola, si ens podria explicar com pensava ella que es podia cuinar aquesta mena d&#8217;estofat.
