Al llarg del curs, els nens i nenes de 3r, 4t, 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 han participat en diferents sessions de xerrades emocionals guiades. Ha estat un espai on han pogut explorar i expressar les seves emocions d\u2019una manera segura i respectuosa.<\/p>\n

S’han treballat aspectes com l’autoestima, l’autoconcepte, l’assertivitat i la sexualitat.<\/p>\n

Han apr\u00e8s, entre d’altres, que l’assertivitat \u00e9s expressar el que pensem, sentim o necessitem d\u2019una manera clara, respectuosa i sense fer mal als altres. \u00c9s saber dir \u201cs\u00ed\u201d o \u201cno\u201d quan cal, defensar els propis drets i opinions, i alhora, escoltar i respectar els dels altres.<\/p>\n

Els infants s\u2019han mostrat molt interessats i participatius, compartint situacions del dia a dia i aprenent com gestionar-les de manera assertiva. Ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora!<\/p>\n
