L\u2019alumnat \u00e9s el centre del seu propi proc\u00e9s educatiu i \u00e9s el responsable de la seva evoluci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i personal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019aprenentatge competencial, el treball en equip, la creativitat, la comunicaci\u00f3, l\u2019autonomia i el pensament cr\u00edtic s\u00f3n la clau de volta d\u2019aquest ideari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les tutories individuals i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional faciliten el treball d\u2019acompanyament dels\/de les adolescents i permeten treballar l\u2019empatia i el desenvolupament personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La nostra ra\u00f3 de ser<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som un institut-escola que ofereix formaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i gratu\u00efta de 3 a 16 anys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentim el centre des d\u2019una perspectiva sist\u00e8mica i humanista que ens dona l\u2019oportunitat de compartir aprenentatges significatius per al nostre desenvolupament personal i professional, recuperant el contacte amb la terra, cooperant, intercanviant i descobrint. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Acompanyament acad\u00e8mic i personal <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #111111; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Des de les tutories:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"ca-ES\"><span style=\"color: #a1467e; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #111111;\">E<\/span><span style=\"color: #111111;\">s destina<\/span> <span style=\"color: #111111;\"><b>una hora setmanal per acompanyar l\u2019alumnat <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #111111;\">en el seu desenvolupament acad\u00e8mic, emocional i social.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li lang=\"ca-ES\"><span style=\"color: #a1467e;
