Els alumnes de la Comunitat de Grans, al llarg del mes de novembre, v\u00e0rem anar a visitar el Mercat del ninot.<\/p>\n
Vam cuinar unes mandonguilles i les vam fer amb aquesta recepta:<\/p>\n
– Vam tallar ceba amb molta paci\u00e8ncia i molta cura de no tallar-nos.<\/p>\n
– Vam pelar i tallar una pastanaga<\/p>\n
– En un bol, vam posar ous a la carn picada<\/p>\n
– V\u00e0rem barrejar tots els ingredients del bol<\/p>\n
– Amb farina i v\u00e0rem fer boletes de carn picada i les vam cuinar al forn<\/p>\n
Al final ens vam menjar les mandonguilles i un past\u00eds de poma amb crema pastissera que havia cuinat el cuiner Borja.<\/p>\n
Estava tot molt bo i si vol\u00edem, pod\u00edem repetir. Ha estat una sortida molt divertida.<\/p>\n
