Les professores Caro Reixach i Ana Isabel Moreno estan visitant aquesta setmana el Liceu Ettore Majorana de Roma dins del programa Erasmus +. Aquesta mobilitat \u00e9s un “job shadowing”, terme usat per a denominar l’observaci\u00f3 del treball d’altres docents a l’estranger.
\nAll\u00ed, estan observant aspectes com les metodologies emprades, els materials, la diversitat, la temporalitzaci\u00f3 o el nombre d’alumnes que hi ha a cada classe. D’aquesta manera, poden obtenir informaci\u00f3 per a comparar i millorar , si \u00e9s necessari, la seva pr\u00f2pia labor docent, a m\u00e9s de transmetre la informaci\u00f3 a la resta del claustre i que ells tamb\u00e9 puguin beneficiar-se de la informaci\u00f3 obtinguda amb aquesta visita.
\nAl liceu, estan assistint a diferents classes tant pel que fa a les assignatures com als nivells d’aprenentatge. Els companys italians les han rebut amb els bra\u00e7os oberts i els estan proporcionant molt\u00edssima informaci\u00f3 d’utilitat.
\nLa visita est\u00e0 siguent\u00a0 bastant profitosa ja que totes les difer\u00e8ncies que s’observen, s\u00f3n susceptibles d’enriquir la nostra labor docent i oferir als nostres alumnes i fam\u00edlies una millor formaci\u00f3 dia a dia.<\/p>\n
