Aquestes normes estableixen el marc que garanteix una conviv\u00e8ncia positiva, un clima de respecte i un entorn adequat per a l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Les NOFC defineixen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre<\/strong> (\u00f2rgans de govern, coordinacions, equips docents i espais de participaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Els drets i deures de l\u2019alumnat, les fam\u00edlies i el personal del centre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> i els mecanismes de prevenci\u00f3 i resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aspectes de funcionament diari<\/strong>, com l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019espais, horaris, assist\u00e8ncia, justificacions i comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protocols d\u2019actuaci\u00f3<\/strong> en situacions espec\u00edfiques per garantir la seguretat i el benestar de tota la comunitat educativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquest document \u00e9s una eina fonamental per assegurar que el centre funcioni amb <strong>criteris de transpar\u00e8ncia, equitat i responsabilitat compartida<\/strong>.
