Es pot fer volar un avi\u00f3, escriure un relat d&#8217;una persona que va viure la II Guerra Mundial sense perseverar? Es pot construir una catapulta, i estudiar-ne la precisi\u00f3 sense sostenir un treball i sortejar els problemes que inevitablement sorgiran?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entenem la <strong>cultura de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7<\/strong> com el conjunt de valors i actituds que posen l&#8217;accent en <strong>la dedicaci\u00f3, la const\u00e0ncia i el treball<\/strong> com a mitjans fonamentals per aconseguir \u00e8xits personals i col\u00b7lectius. Es basa en la idea que, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del talent innat o la sort, els resultats i els aprenentatges significatius s\u2019assoleixen mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 sostingut i la superaci\u00f3 de dificultats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanmateix, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu, la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 s\u2019ha instrumentalitzat sovint per justificar m\u00e8todes que exigeixen sacrifici sense sentit. I \u00e9s l\u00f2gic. Quan qui apr\u00e8n sovint no troba sentit a l\u2019aprenentatge, o quan l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia escolar es redueix a la memoritzaci\u00f3 de conceptes i el respecte dogm\u00e0tic a l\u2019autoritat, \u00e9s f\u00e0cil caure en l\u2019error de reclamar esfor\u00e7 per se. Aquesta aproximaci\u00f3 centrada en el control i la mera transmissi\u00f3 de coneixement, converteix l\u2019esfor\u00e7 en un recurs desesperat, en lloc d\u2019una <strong>eina aut\u00e8ntica de creixement<\/strong>. Per\u00f2 esfor\u00e7ar-se sense direcci\u00f3 no \u00e9s cap garantia de qualitat educativa, ni \u00e9s tan sols educatiu, i si som rigorosos, far\u00edem b\u00e9 d\u2019anomenar-la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 sense sentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Les Vinyes creiem que<strong> l\u2019esfor\u00e7 nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 sentit quan hi ha un prop\u00f2sit clar<\/strong>. Les escoles que apostem per metodologies actives i per la construcci\u00f3 de coneixement no rebutgem la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7; al contrari, en som grans defensors. Sabem que <strong>sense esfor\u00e7 no hi ha aprenentatge<\/strong>, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 que aquest esfor\u00e7 ha de n\u00e9ixer de la motivaci\u00f3, de la curiositat i de la necessitat de comprendre el m\u00f3n, i alhora, que l\u2019esfor\u00e7 tamb\u00e9 consisteix en la incessant cerca de respostes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenim altes expectatives per a tots i cadascun dels nostres estudiants i promovem quotidianament una <strong>cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 amb sentit<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 significa fomentar la perseveran\u00e7a, la dedicaci\u00f3 i la reflexi\u00f3, per\u00f2 sempre procurant donar-li un <strong>prop\u00f2sit real i motivador<\/strong>. No es tracta d\u2019esfor\u00e7ar-se perqu\u00e8 s\u00ed, sin\u00f3 d\u2019entendre que el treball constant, la revisi\u00f3, la reflexi\u00f3 profunda s\u00f3n les claus d\u2019un aprenentatge significatiu i d\u2019un creixement personal real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els projectes que es poden veure a les exhibicions p\u00fabliques s\u00f3n fruit d\u2019aquest esfor\u00e7 amb sentit. La<strong> qualitat i la bellesa dels treballs exhibits<\/strong>, la <strong>profunditat de les explicacions<\/strong> i la <strong>comprensi\u00f3 del sentit<\/strong> de qu\u00e8 aprenen els i les estudiants en s\u00f3n la millor prova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s cert que no tot el que es presenta en aquestes exhibicions \u00e9s \u201cla nostra millor versi\u00f3\u201d, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s l\u00f2gic, forma part del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, mostrar \u00e9s una finalitat, per\u00f2 sobretot una estrat\u00e8gia. <strong>No aprenem per exhibir, sin\u00f3 que exhibim per aprendre.<\/strong> Mostrar el nostre treball i disposar d\u2019una comunitat que ens escolta, ens interpel\u00b7la i ens acompanya \u00e9s, en si mateix, una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019aprenentatge efectiva i poderosa, i alhora, un missatge comunitari que no passa desapercebut per als nostres estudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, la pres\u00e8ncia de totes les persones que assistiu a les exhibicions <strong>motiva, inspira i refor\u00e7a la perseveran\u00e7a, el treball constant i la dedicaci\u00f3<\/strong> dels estudiants. La vostra participaci\u00f3 contribueix a construir, dia a dia, a Les Vinyes, una <strong>cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 amb sentit<\/strong>.
