Els i les alumnes s\u00f3n el subjecte principal del centre<\/h2>\n<p>Els i les alumnes s\u00f3n els <strong>actors principals<\/strong>, tot gira al voltant de la seva activitat <strong>cognitiva, social i afectiva<\/strong>. Sigui quin sigui l&#8217;enfocament did\u00e0ctic aquest estar\u00e0 orientat a un <strong>aprenentatge autoregulat i actiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>2. L&#8217;aprenentatge \u00e9s de naturalesa social<\/h2>\n<p>La<strong> interacci\u00f3 social<\/strong> \u00e9s un recurs fonamental que ha d&#8217;alternar amb moments de reflexi\u00f3 i treball personal. Les diferents formes del <strong>treball cooperatiu i en equip<\/strong> (debats, converses a l\u2019aula, indagacions, argumentacions\u2026) estan presents en totes les etapes educatives, per tal de fomentar <strong>el respecte, la confian\u00e7a i la participaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Les emocions s\u00f3n essencials per a l&#8217;aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Emoci\u00f3, motivaci\u00f3 i cognici\u00f3<\/strong> estan interrelacionades. La implicaci\u00f3 afectiva, el benestar o l&#8217;autoconfian\u00e7a, per exemple, juguen un paper decisiu en l&#8217;aprenentatge, per aquest motiu <strong>tenim present l\u2019estat emocional de forma permanent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>4. L\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s personalitzat<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>acceptaci\u00f3 de la difer\u00e8ncia<\/strong> \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a l&#8217;<strong>aprenentatge profund<\/strong>: cada aprenent \u00e9s singular i diferent. Aquestes difer\u00e8ncies, que comprenen coneixements previs, habilitats, estils d&#8217;aprenentatge i estrat\u00e8gies, interessos o motivacions, exigeixen un determinat grau de <strong>personalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>5. L&#8217;aprenentatge ha de ser inclusiu<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>gesti\u00f3 social de l&#8217;aula<\/strong> ha de ser <strong>sensible a les difer\u00e8ncies i necessitats individuals<\/strong> en forma de comunitat d&#8217;aprenentatge. L&#8217;aprenentatge de tots \u00e9s una <strong>responsabilitat compartida<\/strong> que afavoreix a tots i totes. A Les Vinyes, la <strong>inclusivitat forma part de l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 al servei de l&#8217;aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>avaluaci\u00f3 criterial i ponderada<\/strong> est\u00e0 sempre en funci\u00f3 de les capacitats i aptituds de cada persona. Predominar\u00e0 la <strong>dimensi\u00f3 formativa i formadora<\/strong> de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i no la funci\u00f3 social de selecci\u00f3 o classificaci\u00f3. Ha de proporcionar tamb\u00e9 <strong>retroalimentaci\u00f3 rellevant als aprenents<\/strong>. L\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i la coavaluaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n eines d\u2019aprenentatge en totes les etapes educatives.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Els coneixements han de ser significatius i globalitzats<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>aprenentatge significatiu<\/strong> relaciona els coneixements, els aplica a situacions, reptes o problemes i procura, en tot moment, la transfer\u00e8ncia. L&#8217;<strong>aprenentatge profund<\/strong> connecta els aprenentatges amb les capacitats i les <strong>compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong> de l&#8217;aprenent.<\/p>\n<h2>8. L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 al servei de l\u2019aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p>El model pedag\u00f2gic orienta els diferents aspectes de la vida acad\u00e8mica i en determina el model organitzatiu: tutoria personalitzada, equips docents compactes, integraci\u00f3 de les mat\u00e8ries, doc\u00e8ncia compartida, aprenentatge entre iguals, comunitat de pr\u00e0ctica, etc. s\u00f3n elements associats a les opcions pedag\u00f2giques del centre.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Lideratge distribu\u00eft i innovaci\u00f3 educativa<\/h2>\n<p>Tots els membres de la <strong>comunitat educativa<\/strong> comparteixen responsabilitat i <strong>llibertat d\u2019acci\u00f3<\/strong> en el marc del projecte educatiu del centre. La participaci\u00f3 activa, el debat raonat, l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 del risc i la cultura de la innovaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n atributs de tots els membres de Les Vinyes, especialment dels mestres i professors.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Participaci\u00f3 compromesa de la comunitat educativa<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>comunitat educativa<\/strong> \u00e9s part activa del projecte pedag\u00f2gic de Les Vinyes.
