Els centres que hi participem formem part del programa PAcTE\/ExC (programa d\u2019Acceleraci\u00f3 de la Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa\/ Eines pel Canvi) #XTTE, #PAcTE\/ExC. Se\u2019ns-hi va fer la proposta de plantejar una reflexi\u00f3 dins el nostre centre per tal de veure com <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ccom orientar les accions del centre a un prop\u00f2sit transformador\u201d.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Per poder la dur a terme se\u2019ns varen oferir les 4 preguntes seg\u00fcents com a fil conductor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Com podem millorar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic del centre?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les nostres conclusions principals les trobareu resumides en la seg\u00fcent presentaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iejacintverdaguer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2275\/2021\/11\/LABORATORI-DINNOVACIO-EDUCATIVA.pdf\">Accedir a la presentaci\u00f3<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fa unes setmanes va tenir lloc la primera primera jornada dels grups de treball del Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3.
