En aquest taller hem apr\u00e8s l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra a partir de les olives arbequines. Tamb\u00e9 ens han explicat la difer\u00e8ncia entre l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge i l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva. Aquest \u00faltim ha de passar per un proc\u00e9s en la planta de refinaci\u00f3 on se l\u2019afegeix dissolvent per tal de netejar-lo i aix\u00ed poder consumir-lo. A continuaci\u00f3 hem fet un panell de tast d\u2019oli. Hem apr\u00e8s a identificar les caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019olor i del gust de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i diferenciar-lo de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.
