Aprenem sobre la lluna i el sol, sobre els animals, sobre la qu\u00edmica i la f\u00edsica de les part\u00edcules, sobre la societat i la seva hist\u00f2ria, sobre l\u2019economia, sobre la imperiosa necessitat objectiva de pagar la hipoteca, per\u00f2\u2026 qui ens forma per relacionar-nos amb l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia subjectiva de la vida?<br \/>\n\u201cL\u2019educaci\u00f3 del futur hauria d\u2019incloure no nom\u00e9s coneixements acad\u00e8mics, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 hauria de proporcionar una educaci\u00f3 integral que inclogui intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, creativitat, valors, imaginaci\u00f3, expressi\u00f3 corporal, capacitat de concentraci\u00f3, etc.\u201d<br \/>\nNing\u00fa ens ajuda a donar sentit a les nostres experi\u00e8ncies subjectives, a les emocions, anhels i pors i cadasc\u00fa ha de trobar el seu cam\u00ed sense cap orientaci\u00f3 o guia. Aix\u00f2 porta com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia un desequilibri mental i emocional que es reflecteix en la salut de les persones i de la societat en general.<br \/>\nEl programa Escoles Mindfulness, mitjan\u00e7ant la pr\u00e0ctica, aporta els beneficis del mindfulness al context educatiu, a m\u00e9s de reduir l\u2019estr\u00e8s i l\u2019ansietat, alleujant el patiment psicol\u00f2gic i l\u2019angoixa relacionada amb la compet\u00e8ncia social i el rendiment acad\u00e8mic.<br \/>\nL\u2019entrenament emocional i el mindfulness busca donar habilitats per viure i ser feli\u00e7os i per tenir una llibertat ben entesa. Educar per desenvolupar la major potencialitat d\u2019un mateix i per a la satisfacci\u00f3 en l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com actua el mindfulness i la meditaci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nEl punt de suport del mindfulness \u00e9s l\u2019entrenament que utilitza la meditaci\u00f3, despullada de qualsevol connotaci\u00f3 religiosa.
