{"id":637,"date":"2020-09-27T21:13:14","date_gmt":"2020-09-27T19:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieja\/?page_id=637"},"modified":"2021-03-07T22:14:12","modified_gmt":"2021-03-07T21:14:12","slug":"projecte-linguistic-plc","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieja\/projecte-educatiu\/projecte-linguistic-plc\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic (PLC)"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\">Projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic (PLC)<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>L\u2019actual context social i escolar, amb una pres\u00e8ncia considerable d\u2019alumnat procedent d\u2019altres cultures i que desconeix la llengua del pa\u00eds i del seu sistema educatiu, obliga a una nova definici\u00f3 del\u00a0<em>Projecte Ling\u00fc\u00edstic de Centre\u00a0<\/em>(PLC) que consideri aquesta nova realitat. L\u2019institut escola ha d\u2019assumir el paper d\u2019introductor i mantenidor de la llengua catalana amb l\u2019objectiu de dotar l\u2019alumnat del m\u00e0xim de possibilitats d\u2019expressi\u00f3, comprensi\u00f3 i coneixement que els ajudi a formar una identitat catalana oberta i solid\u00e0ria, els aporti les m\u00e0ximes oportunitats de desenvolupament personal, social i laboral i que els permeti la consolidaci\u00f3 de la llengua catalana com a llengua de comunicaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament en tots els \u00e0mbits.<\/p>\n<p>Una bona planificaci\u00f3 de la did\u00e0ctica de l\u2019ensenyament de la llengua catalana i de les metodologies i estrat\u00e8gies que potencien l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0, ens han de permetre arribar a una normalitzaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica, en una realitat escolar com la nostra.<\/p>\n<p>Cal tenir en compte que en el\u00a0<strong>Pla per a la Llengua i la Cohesi\u00f3 Social (2004)<\/strong>\u00a0s\u2019especifica que el PLC \u201cha de possibilitar al centre gestionar el proc\u00e9s de tractament del catal\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular i d\u2019aprenentatge, articular els aspectes referents al tractament de les lleng\u00fces curriculars, i alhora, fer de la llengua catalana un instrument de cohesi\u00f3 social en un marc pluriling\u00fce\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed el PLC ha de promoure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>el respecte envers totes les lleng\u00fces.<\/li>\n<li>la valoraci\u00f3 positiva de la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<li>les opcions respecte a les lleng\u00fces estrangeres; quines ofereix i el moment d\u2019introducci\u00f3 de cadascuna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 estableix d\u2019entre les prioritats generals de les\u00a0<strong>Instruccions per a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i el funcionament dels centres docents p\u00fablics d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil i prim\u00e0ria<\/strong>, uns aspectes prioritaris que cal considerar en tots els centres:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana com a llengua d\u2019aprenentatge i de comunicaci\u00f3 en les actuacions docents i administratives del centre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 l\u2019impuls de l\u2019aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces estrangeres introduint, amb car\u00e0cter general, la llengua estrangera en el cicle inicial de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i avan\u00e7ant en experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019introducci\u00f3 de la llengua estrangera al parvulari i d\u2019\u00fas de la llengua estrangera en \u00e0rees no ling\u00fc\u00edstiques, segons el projecte de centre.<\/p>\n<h2>Principis b\u00e0sics extrets de la documentaci\u00f3 normativa<\/h2>\n<p>La llengua catalana, com a llengua pr\u00f2pia de Catalunya, s\u2019ha d\u2019utilitzar normalment com a vehicular i d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>La direcci\u00f3 vetllar\u00e0 per tal que el catal\u00e0 sigui el vehicle d\u2019expressi\u00f3 normal en les activitats docents i administratives, tant internes com externes.<\/p>\n<p>A excepci\u00f3 de la\u00a0<em>llengua castellana i literatura i lleng\u00fces estrangeres (angl\u00e8s)<\/em>, la resta d\u2019\u00e0rees s\u2019impartiran en llengua catalana.<\/p>\n<p>Les activitats orals i escrites, les exposicions del professorat, el material did\u00e0ctic, els llibres de text i les activitats d\u2019aprenentatge i d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 han d\u2019\u00e9sser en llengua catalana. Les reunions, els informes es faran en catal\u00e0. Aix\u00ed mateix,\u00a0<strong>les comunicacions<\/strong>\u00a0entre el centre i l\u2019entorn seran en llengua catalana, sense prejudici que s\u2019arbitrin mesures de traducci\u00f3 en el per\u00edode d\u2019acollida de les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019acord amb els principis d\u2019igualtat de drets i no discriminaci\u00f3 que inspiren la nostra activitat educativa, l\u2019ensenyament que es proporciona als nens i nenes \u00e9s igualitari i es desenvolupa en un marc de coeducaci\u00f3.
