Aix\u00f2 vol dir que l\u2019institut escola com a tal no pren posicions religioses o atees, sin\u00f3 de respecte per les creences de cada persona. El mestre pot donar el seu parer personal si els alumnes o els pares li ho demanen.<\/p>\n<h2>Llengua d\u2019instrucci\u00f3 i aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p>El catal\u00e0 \u00e9s la llengua vehicular i en qu\u00e8 els alumnes faran els aprenentatges. L\u2019institut escola vetllar\u00e0 per adequar els seus mitjans i recursos perqu\u00e8 no es produeixi cap tipus de discriminaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00fas i aprenentatge de les dues lleng\u00fces oficials.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00ednia metodol\u00f2gica<\/h2>\n<p>La nostra l\u00ednia d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 es fonamenta en un tracte personalitzat que cal que s\u2019adeq\u00fci al ritme evolutiu i a les capacitats de cada nen i nena. En l\u2019aspecte instructiu s\u2019intentar\u00e0 adoptar sistemes actius, no autoritaris, que impliquen la participaci\u00f3 dels alumnes en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge; entenem aix\u00f2 com un comprom\u00eds de fomentar en l\u2019alumne una actitud democr\u00e0tica, curiosa, cr\u00edtica i investigadora que, mitjan\u00e7ant el di\u00e0leg, la comunicaci\u00f3 i el treball, esdevindr\u00e0 la base de la seva formaci\u00f3 i de l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019aprenentatges.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019educaci\u00f3 com a proc\u00e9s integral<\/h2>\n<p>Entenem l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com un fet que engloba els diferents aspectes que integren la personalitat del nen o nena i aporta els mitjans per potenciar-los. Donem import\u00e0ncia al coneixement i domini del propi cos, i potenciem especialment les habilitats f\u00edsiques b\u00e0siques m\u00e9s que l\u2019especialitzaci\u00f3 en un esport. Fomentem una educaci\u00f3 en valors basada en la solidaritat i el respecte dels altres i d\u2019un mateix, el sentit de la llibertat lligat al de responsabilitat, el gust pel treball ben fet, etc. i promourem el plaer de raonar i de desenvolupar el coneixement.<\/p>\n<h2>El pluralisme i els valors democr\u00e0tics<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019institut escola ha de facilitar l\u2019eclosi\u00f3 de cada personalitat en un marc de valors democr\u00e0tics sense pretendre uniformitzar l&#8217;alumnat i els docents. L\u2019institut escola ha d\u2019introduir els alumnes a la realitat social. En una societat democr\u00e0tica els ha de fer con\u00e8ixer les diferents opcions i els ha de donar progressivament la metodologia per analitzar la realitat social. Globalment, l\u2019institut escola ha d\u2019estimular en l\u2019alumne els valors d\u2019una societat democr\u00e0tica: solidaritat, respecte a l\u2019altre, actitud de di\u00e0leg, esperit cr\u00edtic i responsabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>La conviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 es desenvolupen en un marc de toler\u00e0ncia i respecte a la llibertat de cadasc\u00fa, a la seva personalitat i conviccions, les quals no han de ser pertorbades per cap tipus de coacci\u00f3 ni per l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019assumir ideologies o creences determinades.
