Davant la manca de solucions reals per part del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i<br>Formaci\u00f3 Professional (DEiFP), ens veiem empesos a prendre mesures fermes per defensar la<br>qualitat de l&#8217;ensenyament i la dignitat de la nostra tasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Context i motius de la decisi\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant anys, les direccions i el professorat han sostingut la qualitat de l&#8217;ensenyament basant-<br>se en el voluntarisme i en una sobrec\u00e0rrega de tasques que van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les obligacions lectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, aquesta situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s insostenible per diversos motius:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manca de recursos: La insufici\u00e8ncia de recursos i de dotacions actuals afecta<br>directament l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres i la capacitat d\u2019oferir una atenci\u00f3 educativa de<br>qualitat a l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No reconeixement de les responsabilitats de coordinaci\u00f3: Molts docents<br>assumeixen diverses tasques de coordinaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica, per\u00f2 el sistema<br>nom\u00e9s reconeix econ\u00f2micament un c\u00e0rrec. Funcions estructurals com la tutoria<br>haurien de tenir reconeixement propi, independent de l\u2019assumpci\u00f3 d\u2019altres c\u00e0rrecs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temps insuficient per a les coordinacions: Les hores reconegudes per a tasques de<br>coordinaci\u00f3, seguiment pedag\u00f2gic i atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat s\u00f3n sovint insuficients, cosa<br>que obliga el professorat i les direccions a assumir responsabilitats m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del<br>temps reconegut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobrec\u00e0rrega i responsabilitat: Les sortides, viatges i activitats complement\u00e0ries<br>tenen un valor pedag\u00f2gic reconegut. Tanmateix, suposen una enorme responsabilitat<br>legal i organitzativa, que les direccions i el professorat assumeixen de forma volunt\u00e0ria,<br>sovint sense el suport institucional necessari ni una cobertura jur\u00eddica clara davant<br>d\u2019imprevistos i conflictes. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 no pot continuar depenent exclusivament<br>del sobreesfor\u00e7 de l\u2019equip docent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e0tios elevades i normalitzaci\u00f3 de les sobrer\u00e0tios: La reducci\u00f3 de les r\u00e0tios \u00e9s clau<br>per garantir una atenci\u00f3 educativa adequada. Tot i aix\u00f2, l\u2019\u00fas reiterat d\u2019excepcions ha<br>normalitzat les sobrer\u00e0tios, dificultant la tasca docent i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exc\u00e9s de burocr\u00e0cia: L\u2019increment constant de tasques administratives ens allunya de<br>la nostra funci\u00f3 principal: la doc\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condicions laborals: El professorat catal\u00e0 pateix unes condicions laborals i salarials<br>per sota de la mitjana estatal, malgrat l&#8217;alt cost de la vida al nostre territori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Acords i mesures temporals<br>Per tot plegat, hem acordat les seg\u00fcents mesures de car\u00e0cter organitzatiu. Es tracta de<br>mesures temporals que no afecten el desenvolupament ordinari de l\u2019activitat lectiva a les<br>aules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sortides i activitats externes: No programar per al curs 2026-2027 sortides i activitats<br>que no estiguin ja compromeses. No s\u2019iniciar\u00e0 cap procediment de reserva o<br>contractaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats per al curs 2026-2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activitats amb pernoctaci\u00f3: No programar per al curs 2026-2027 col\u00f2nies, treballs<br>de s\u00edntesi i viatges que impliquin pernoctacions, excepte aquelles que ja estiguin<br>compromeses o que siguin essencials i curricularment obligat\u00f2ries per a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3<br>d\u2019una titulaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica (cicles formatius, Batxibac).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunicaci\u00f3 i xarxes socials: Suspendre l&#8217;activitat a les xarxes socials i la publicaci\u00f3<br>de contingut promocional als webs dels centres. Els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 oficials<br>seguiran operatius per a la gesti\u00f3 ordin\u00e0ria i la informaci\u00f3 de servei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programes i formacions no essencials: Suspendre la participaci\u00f3 del centre i del<br>professorat en formacions, programes, projectes o iniciatives promogudes pel DEiFP o<br>per altres administracions i entitats que no siguin preceptius ni imprescindibles per al<br>funcionament ordinari del centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respecte a l\u2019horari lectiu: No participar en activitats, jornades o concursos que es<br>desenvolupin fora del marc de l\u2019horari lectiu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El nostre comprom\u00eds<br>Volem reiterar el nostre comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies. Treballem cada dia per<br>oferir una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat, equitativa i al servei de la societat. Tanmateix, per<br>garantir aquesta qualitat a llarg termini, \u00e9s imprescindible que el sistema disposi dels suports<br>i les condicions adequades. El funcionament dels centres no pot continuar depenent del<br>sobreesfor\u00e7 sostingut del professorat.<br>Per aquest motiu, instem el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional a obrir amb<br>urg\u00e8ncia un espai de di\u00e0leg i de treball efectiu amb les direccions i el conjunt del col\u00b7lectiu<br>docent que permeti abordar aquesta situaci\u00f3 i avan\u00e7ar cap a acords que garanteixin unes<br>condicions adequades per al funcionament dels centres educatius i per a la qualitat del servei<br>p\u00fablic d\u2019educaci\u00f3.<br>Convidem les fam\u00edlies i les AFAs a unir-se a aquesta reclamaci\u00f3 davant el Departament<br>d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional per garantir els recursos que els seus fills i filles mereixen.<br>Amb aquest suport, contribuirem conjuntament a la dignificaci\u00f3 i sostenibilitat de<br>l\u2019ensenyament p\u00fablic.<br>Atentament,<br>Les direccions i els claustres dels centres p\u00fablics de l\u2019Alt Empord\u00e0<br>Mar\u00e7 del 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mesures excepcionals davant la crisi del sistema educatiu A l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa de la comarca, Les direccions i els claustres dels centres de secund\u00e0ria i Instituts-Escola de l\u2019Alt Empord\u00e0volem informar la comunitat educativa de la situaci\u00f3 de crisi estructural que travessa el nostresistema educatiu.
