A classe amb un professor amb ceguesa: \u201cEl que em preocupa \u00e9s la meva feina, no hi ha d\u2019haver tab\u00fas\u201d<\/a><br \/>\n_____________________________________<br \/>\nJoan Heras imparteix Filosofia al batxillerat i mat\u00e8ries optatives a l&#8217;ESO de l&#8217;Institut Escola el Mol\u00ed, a Nou Barris, on exemplifica que la seva discapacitat visual no \u00e9s cap impediment per exercir de docent.<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border: none;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center; border: none;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YDoLMczAgPE\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La classe de Filosofia del dimarts al mat\u00ed amb un dels grups de 2n de batxillerat comen\u00e7a passant llista un per un a tots els alumnes, que han de contestar amb veu alta i clara: \u201cPresent, s\u00ed, avui m\u2019he mogut de lloc!\u201d si han canviat de taula. En qualsevol altra classe aquesta rutina seria un tr\u00e0mit, per\u00f2 aqu\u00ed es converteix en indispensable. \u00c9s la manera que el Joan Heras, docent amb m\u00e9s de 12 anys de traject\u00f2ria a l\u2019Institut Escola el Mol\u00ed, ubica la posici\u00f3 de tots els estudiants. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019aix\u00f2, tenir de professor de Filosofia una persona amb un 100 % de discapacitat visual implica estar atent, prendre apunts i participar en el debat, com en qualsevol altra classe. Avui en Joan enceta autor nou, Immanuel Kant, que surt a la selectivitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sorpresa a l\u2019inici, normalitat en el dia a dia<\/strong><br \/>\nHeras rebaixa els impediments per la seva condici\u00f3 de persona cega al m\u00ednim i remarca que la seva missi\u00f3 \u00e9s, com la de qualsevol altre professor, transmetre il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, ganes i motivaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat pugui desplegar les seves capacitats al m\u00e0xim. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 admet sorpresa, tant dels alumnes com de les fam\u00edlies, en el primer contacte: &#8220;Treballo la sorpresa des del primer moment, parlant amb l\u2019alumnat de la meva condici\u00f3 i explicant les eines que utilitzo. No hi ha d\u2019haver tab\u00fas\u201d. \u201cAl principi se\u2019m feia molt estrany perqu\u00e8 no m\u2019hi havia trobat mai\u201c, explica l\u2019Ivie, una de les alumnes d\u2019en Joan. \u201cAra nom\u00e9s es tracta de fer els ex\u00e0mens diferents, per\u00f2 aprenc el mateix\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De demanar ajuda per vigilar a plantejar uns ex\u00e0mens diferents<\/strong><br \/>\nPer preparar les classes, Heras s\u2019ajuda dels recursos que troba a internet. En aquest sentit, admet que les noves tecnologies han perm\u00e8s fer un sal de gegant a la seva feina. I aqu\u00ed tamb\u00e9 hi suma la possibilitat de complementar les classes amb pel\u00b7l\u00edcules o s\u00e8ries. Per\u00f2 el seu dia a dia es basa en el fons de llibres que tenen les biblioteques de l\u2019ONCE i els apunts en braille que l\u2019ajuden de fil conductor per a les explicacions. I els ex\u00e0mens, com es vigilen? &#8220;Abans demanava l\u2019ajuda d\u2019alg\u00fa, per\u00f2 ara plantejo ex\u00e0mens diferents, en qu\u00e8 el fet que es pugui copiar \u00e9s poc rellevant perqu\u00e8 demano interpretar, relacionar conceptes i expressar idees pr\u00f2pies\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea del \u201ccontrol\u201d de la classe no fa sentir gaire c\u00f2mode a Heras, que considera que cal arribar a una entesa amb els alumnes i propiciar un clima de respecte i di\u00e0leg. Si toca un grup complex, \u201cla situaci\u00f3 pot ser dif\u00edcil, per\u00f2 per a mi i per a la resta dels companys\u201d. Ho subscriu en Samuel, tamb\u00e9 alumne de batxillerat: \u201cLa classe generalment es porta b\u00e9, si alg\u00fa parla o fa soroll ell els ho retreu i, fora d\u2019aix\u00f2, no hi ha m\u00e9s\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cEducaci\u00f3 parla d\u2019inclusi\u00f3, per\u00f2 el seu projecte est\u00e0 molt lluny d\u2019aix\u00f2\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nEn preguntar-li si algun cop s\u2019ha sentit q\u00fcestionat com a docent, assegura que no personalment, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que troba una manca de suport \u201cmolt greu\u201d del departament: &#8220;Educaci\u00f3 confia poc i posa dificultats a companys docents amb ceguesa que estan molt implicats en la seva tasca\u201d. I afegeix: \u201cTenen la inclusi\u00f3 com a bandera, per\u00f2 el seu projecte est\u00e0 molt lluny d\u2019aix\u00f2 i sovint es mouen per criteris basats en el capacitisme\u201c. \u00c9s a dir, seguint la idea que les persones amb discapacitat s\u00f3n menys funcionals. &#8220;Que soc cec i em despla\u00e7o amb bast\u00f3 forma part de la quotidianitat i aquesta \u00e9s la millor pedagogia per a l\u2019alumnat. I soc millor o pitjor segons si agrado m\u00e9s o menys a l\u2019alumne, segons si el suspenc o no, com qualsevol professor\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Font: betev\u00e9.
