Uns nivells que Franch descriu no nom\u00e9s com el fet d\u2019aprendre a tocar un instrument, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 que els alumnes \u201caprenguin a fer-ho en grup i a <strong>explotar la dimensi\u00f3 social<\/strong> de la m\u00fasica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tal com afegeix la professora d\u2019El Mol\u00ed, la proposta s\u2019articula a les classes de m\u00fasica, amb unes sessions que l\u2019alumnat aprofita per practicar en solitari amb l\u2019instrument escollit i, posteriorment, per <strong>assajar amb la resta de membres del seu grup<\/strong>. Unes pr\u00e0ctiques i uns assajos que tamb\u00e9 <strong>es poden allargar fora de l\u2019horari lectiu<\/strong> amb \u201cdues tardes d\u2019extraescolars en qu\u00e8 els alumnes tenen l\u2019aula a disposici\u00f3 i hi ha dues persones responsables que els acompanyen\u201d, diu Franch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que cadascun dels centres participants desplega el programa per separat, la iniciativa tamb\u00e9 <strong>proposa fer trobades puntuals<\/strong> per compartir experi\u00e8ncies i organitzar concerts amb grups de m\u00e9s d\u2019un institut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest programa del Consorci d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 s\u2019emmarca en el Pla de millora d\u2019oportunitats educatives (PMOE \u2013 PROA+), finan\u00e7at pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, i \u00e9s gestionat per l\u2019empresa Visualsonora, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Les Cases de la M\u00fasica i la Fundaci\u00f3 Arc Taller de M\u00fasica, orientades a la transformaci\u00f3 social i educativa per mitj\u00e0 de les arts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fer m\u00fasica des de zero<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que alguns centres han optat per sonoritats i estils m\u00e9s cl\u00e0ssics, en el cas d\u2019El Mol\u00ed l\u2019aposta pel projecte s\u2019ha fet al voltant del pop i del rock amb temes d\u2019artistes com Rihanna, Bruno Mars o Green Day, desgrana M\u00edriam Franch. Uns temes que ella mateixa subratlla que tenen molt bona acceptaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019alumnat. \u201cLa m\u00fasica permet connectar r\u00e0pidament. Els alumnes volen can\u00e7ons que permetin que, quan toquin en grup, sonin b\u00e9. I les can\u00e7ons que treballem s\u00f3n aix\u00ed\u201d, diu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019entrada de nous temes al repertori tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un dels eixos que m\u00e9s agrada a les noies i nois participants. \u00c9s el cas de la <strong>Madelin<\/strong>, alumna de segon d\u2019ESO a El Mol\u00ed i baixista i cantant en una de les formacions nascudes del programa, que destaca: \u201cFem molt bones can\u00e7ons\u201d, i alhora admet que abans d\u2019iniciar el pla \u201cno sabia ni tocar el baix ni cantar i al principi em feia una mica de vergonya, per\u00f2 he descobert que m\u2019agrada molt\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qui tampoc tenia experi\u00e8ncia musical era l\u2019<strong>Alae<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 alumna de segon d\u2019ESO al centre i guitarrista en la mateixa formaci\u00f3 i que, a banda de la dimensi\u00f3 musical, destaca \u201cla diversitat d\u2019opinions i els debats\u201d que sorgeixen entre companys cada cop que afronten un nou tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un miler d\u2019instruments nous<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pla va comen\u00e7ar el curs 2021-2022 i \u00e9s prorrogable a dos cursos m\u00e9s en funci\u00f3 de cada centre. Amb <strong>un pressupost d\u20191.443.936,29 euros<\/strong>, una de les partides m\u00e9s visibles ha estat la que ha utilitzat per a la compra de m\u00e9s d\u2019un miler d\u2019instruments com els que han adoptat la Madelin i l\u2019Alae, i que van des de guitarres el\u00e8ctriques i ac\u00fastiques, baixos i bateries per a projectes al voltant de grups de rock fins a violins, violoncels, flautes i clarinets per als enfocats a sons m\u00e9s cl\u00e0ssics. Cada institut ha disposat d\u2019una dotaci\u00f3 d\u2019uns 20.000 euros per a la compra d\u2019uns instruments que, en acabat, quedaran per al centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La disponibilitat d\u2019aquests instruments \u00e9s un factor determinant per triar com es desenvolupa el pla i quin alumne s\u2019encarrega de cada tasca.
