Aquest trimestre, a 2n d\u2019ESO hem comen\u00e7at a posar en pr\u00e0ctica les din\u00e0miques de Paco Casc\u00f3n, especialista en educaci\u00f3 per la pau i resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s clar: millorar la cohesi\u00f3 de grup i fomentar un bon clima de conviv\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les primeres sessions han servit per treballar la comunicaci\u00f3, la confian\u00e7a i la cooperaci\u00f3 entre companys i companyes. A trav\u00e9s de propostes vivencials i participatives, s\u2019han creat espais on l\u2019alumnat pot expressar-se, escoltar i compartir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De moment, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 sent positiva. Els grups s\u2019hi han implicat i s\u2019ha comen\u00e7at a notar un ambient m\u00e9s respectu\u00f3s i col\u00b7laboratiu. Es preveu continuar amb la implementaci\u00f3 progressiva d\u2019aquestes propostes, ja que, de moment, l\u2019alumnat les est\u00e0 gaudint!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
