Hi ha un per\u00edode de consulta per a que es puguin fer les reclamacions corresponents si alg\u00fa comprova que no hi consta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentaci\u00f3 candidatures 19\/10\/20 al 27\/10\/20\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es presentaran via mail <\/span><a href=\"mailto:secretariaiecomaruga@gmail.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">secretariaiecomaruga@gmail.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El secretari del centre validar\u00e0 que les candidatures siguin correctes i corresponguin a mares i\/o pares de l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constituci\u00f3 meses electorals abans del 28\/10\/20\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es triaran a l\u2019atzar amb un n\u00famero aleatori que correspondr\u00e0 amb el n\u00famero d\u2019ordre de les llistes del cens electoral. Hi haur\u00e0 un representant de les fam\u00edlies per donar transpar\u00e8ncia al proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eleccions 5 i 6\/11\/20<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dia 5 es faran les votacions dels docents, de forma presencial i respectant totes les mesures COVID.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dia 6 es faran les votacions de les fam\u00edlies, de forma presencial i respectant totes les mesures COVID.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Constituci\u00f3 del consell escolar i presa de possessi\u00f3 dels seus membres 11\/11\/20. Mitjan\u00e7ant convocat\u00f2ria de reuni\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El consell escolar d&#8217;un centre p\u00fablic est\u00e0 integrat per:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director o directora, que el presideix.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cap o la cap d&#8217;estudis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un o una representant de l&#8217;ajuntament de la localitat on es troba situat el centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El secretari o secret\u00e0ria del centre que assisteix amb veu i sense vot i exerceix la secretaria del consell.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els i les representants del professorat s&#8217;elegeixen pel claustre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els i les representants de l&#8217;alumnat i dels pares i mares o tutors, elegits respectivament per ells i entre ells.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un o una representant del personal d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 i serveis, elegit per i entre aquest personal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Composici\u00f3 num\u00e8rica:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Directora<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Cap d\u2019estudis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representant de l\u2019ajuntament<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representant del PAS<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 docents (triats a les eleccions)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 representants de les fam\u00edlies (triats a les eleccions)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 representat de l\u2019AFA (triat per l\u2019AFA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Secretari (amb veu i sense vot).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FUNCIONS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corresponen al consell escolar les funcions seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i les seves modificacions. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat pel director de manera preceptiva per valorar la proposta del projecte educatiu i manifestar el seu suport amb una majoria de les tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la programaci\u00f3 general anual, de les normes de funcionament i de la gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del centre. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat de manera preceptiva per valorar cada una de les propostes i manifestar el seu suport per majoria simple dels membres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluar l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i de les seves modificacions aix\u00ed com de la resta de documents de gesti\u00f3 del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprovar les propostes d&#8217;acords de coresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats i institucions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervenir en el procediment d&#8217;admissi\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d&#8217;activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en les an\u00e0lisis i les avaluacions del funcionament general del centre i con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment escolar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprovar els criteris de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres centres i amb l&#8217;entorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualsevol altre que li sigui atribu\u00efda per les normes legals o reglament\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ELECCIONS CONSELL ESCOLAR INSTITUT ESCOLA COMA-RUGA AVUI S&#8217;INICIA EL PROC\u00c8S ELECTORAL PER A LES ELECCIONS DEL CONSELL ESCOLAR DEL CENTRE.
