Una d&#8217;elles \u00e9s fer el &#8220;dit amb dit&#8221;, on a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una can\u00e7\u00f3 aprenem a coordinar els nostres dits tot fixant-nos amb la nostra respiraci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 ens ajuda molt, despr\u00e9s del pati, un bon massatge amb plomes per part d&#8217;alguns companys\/es, acompanyat d&#8217;una m\u00fasica tranquil\u00b7la i relaxant.
