No obstant, existeixen professionals amb una formaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica en aquest \u00e0mbit. Aquests professionals s\u00f3n els professionals d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa i d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 especial, els quals, solen tenir formaci\u00f3 de psicopedagogia, pedagogia, psicologia o menci\u00f3 en educaci\u00f3 inclusiva. Al nostre centre el conjunt de professionals que treballem aquest \u00e0mbit rebem el nom intern d\u2019Equip T\u00e8cnic d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat (ETAD). Les funcions d\u2019aquest equip i dels professionals que el conformen s\u00f3n diverses. A continuaci\u00f3 les presentem molt resumides:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 directa i indirecta amb l\u2019alumnat: doc\u00e8ncia, desdoblaments, suports dins l\u2019aula, seguiments individualitzats, avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica, mediaci\u00f3, orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i professional, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessorament a la comunitat educativa: fam\u00edlies, professors i equip directiu (disseny de programes educatius, plans de suport indvidualitzats, desenvolupament en l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinaci\u00f3 amb professionals externs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Referents de mesures i suports addicionals i intensives com s\u00f3n el Programa de Diversificaci\u00f3 Curricular (PDC) i el Suport Intensiu per l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva (SIEI).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat d\u2019un centre educatiu, aix\u00ed com la inclusi\u00f3 i orientaci\u00f3 educativa del seu alumnat \u00e9s responsabilitat de tots els docents del centre.
