{"id":13984,"date":"2021-03-12T06:14:51","date_gmt":"2021-03-12T05:14:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iebarnola\/?p=13984"},"modified":"2021-03-12T06:16:55","modified_gmt":"2021-03-12T05:16:55","slug":"formacio-docent-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iebarnola\/general\/formacio-docent-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3 docent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir d&#8217;aquest 2n trimestre, el claustre docent de l&#8217;IE Barnola, hem iniciat una formaci\u00f3 anomenada, carnet comptencial 3-16.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formar-se en un mateix centre educatiu dels 3-16 anys, amb un projecte ben articulat, hauria d&#8217;afavorir una millor transici\u00f3 entre les diferents etapes educatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pretenem treballar amb l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 competencial, valorant i creant una documentaci\u00f3 que permeti un major coneixement de cadascun dels infants i adolescents, permetent ajustar l&#8217;acompanyament al seu estat maduratiu i a la seva evoluci\u00f3 educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Objectius<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear un carnet competencial personalitzat que permeti el seguiment de l\u2019alumnat dels 3-16 anys, seguint el curr\u00edculum de les diferents etapes educatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir el significat de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa i el seu rol en la millora dels aprenentatges de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexionar sobre la pr\u00f2pia pr\u00e0ctica en relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019\u00fas formatiu de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer i aplicar instruments i din\u00e0miques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexionar sobre els vincles entre l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 i l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir d&#8217;aquest 2n trimestre, el claustre docent de l&#8217;IE Barnola, hem iniciat una formaci\u00f3 anomenada, carnet comptencial 3-16.
