Ens ha ajudat la Irene, la nostra referent del <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/joves\/ca\/canal\/punts-jip\">punt JIP<\/a>, ens ha explicat quines s\u00f3n les responsabilitats d&#8217;un delegat.
