Today some students gave us a guided tour of the exhibition of the \u201cMuseo Scholastico delle arti della comunicazione Bodoni Paravia\u201d, which is the institute\u2019s museum. They showed us the different old machines they keep, which the students had used throughout the history of the institute, which was founded in 1902. We were able to learn how the lithographic press, the book binder or the Lynotype printing press worked. They also showed us the various old cameras, the amplifier and the video cameras. We were able to learn how voice recording was done (optical system and magnetic system) and the technological evolution of all these audiovisual instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avui uns alumnes ens han fet una visita guiada a l\u2019exposici\u00f3 del \u201cMuseo Scholastico delle arti della comunicazione Bodoni Paravia\u201d, que \u00e9s el museu de l\u2019institut. Ens han ensenyat les diferents m\u00e0quines antigues que guarden, que havien utilitzat els alumnes al llarg de la hist\u00f2ria de l\u2019institut, va ser fundat el 1902. Hem pogut aprendre el funcionament de la premsa litogr\u00e0fica, la relligadora de llibres o l\u2019impemta Lynotipe. Tamb\u00e9 ens han ensenyat les diverses c\u00e0meres fotogr\u00e0fiques antigues, l\u2019amplificadora i les c\u00e0meres de v\u00eddeo. Hem pogut aprendre com es feia la gravaci\u00f3 de la veu (sistema \u00f2ptic i sistema magn\u00e8tic) i l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica de tots aquests instruments audiovisuals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, we attended a Graphic Design class. The students presented the project they had developed (perfume advertising posters) and the teachers gave feedback and ideas for improvement. They also showed us the perfume boxes they had previously developed, inspired by classic works by different artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A continuaci\u00f3, hem assistit a classe de Disseny Gr\u00e0fic. Els estudiants han presentat el projecte que han elaborat (cartells d\u2019anuncis de perfum) i els professors han anat donant feedback i idees de millora. A m\u00e9s, ens han ensenyat les caixes de perfum que han elaborat pr\u00e8viament inspirant-se en obres cl\u00e0ssiques de diferents artistes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the day, we were able to observe the Screen Printing class with Professor Di Stefano. They showed us the technique used to make the prints. In this case, the students had made a design (their caricatures) on a t-shirt, had prepared the frame with the screen printing screen and applied the paint using the squeegee. They carried out the procedure several times, once for each color, and finally let the product dry. It was a very interesting practical class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al final de la jornada, hem pogut observar la classe de Serigrafia amb el professor Di Stefano. Ens han mostrat la t\u00e8cnica que s’utilitza per fer les impressions. En aquest cas, l’alumnat havien fet un disseny (les seves caricatures) en una samarreta, havien preparat el bastidor amb la pantalla serigr\u00e0fica i posaven la pintura utilitzant la rasqueta. Realitzaven el procediment diverses vegades, una per a cada color, i finalment deixaven assecar el producte. Ha estat una classe pr\u00e0ctica molt interessant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At noon, we went to the Cinema Museum to observe a workshop session with primary school students. Today’s workshop focuses on reviewing Marvel and DC superheroes and then creating your own superhero with their super powers. The afternoon was completed with a visit to the Cinema Museum facilities. We started the route by going up to the observatory located at the top of the building’s dome, from where we could see the views of the city of Turin to the Alps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al migdia, ens hem despla\u00e7at fins al museu del Cinema per observar una sessi\u00f3 de taller amb alumnat de prim\u00e0ria. El taller del dia d\u2019avui se centra en el rep\u00e0s dels superherois del Marvel i DC per despr\u00e9s crear el seu propi superheroi i amb els seus super poders. La tarda s\u2019ha completat amb una visita a les instal\u00b7lacions del Museu del Cinema. Hem iniciat la ruta pujant amb l\u2019observatori situat a la part superior de la c\u00fapula de l\u2019edifici des d\u2019on hem pogut contemplar les vistes de la ciutat de Tor\u00ed fins als Alps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the wonderful views of the city, we took a guided tour of the history of cinema that is located in the initial part of the museum. This part of the visit covers from the earliest period of shadow theatre to the first silent film recordings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despr\u00e9s de les meravelloses vistes de la ciutat, hem fet una visita guiada per la hist\u00f2ria del cinema que es troba a la part inicial del museu. Aquesta part de la visita abasta des del per\u00edode m\u00e9s inicial del teatre d\u2019ombres fins a les primeres gravacions de cinema mut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we discovered the history of the world of cinema, we were able to enjoy the rest of the museum that exhibits historical elements of the world of cinema and reviews its history, its main elements and the relevant characters of the seventh art. In addition, currently in the central ramp of the cinema there is an exhibition dedicated to director James Cameron. In this section we can discover his entire career from his beginnings drawing movie posters to a detailed review of great works in his filmography such as Terminator, Avatar or Titanic among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un cop descoberta la hist\u00f2ria del m\u00f3n del cinema, hem pogut gaudir de la resta del museu que exposa elements hist\u00f2rics del m\u00f3n del cinema i en repassa la hist\u00f2ria, els seus elements principals i els personatges rellevants del set\u00e8 art. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, actualment a la rampa central del cinema s\u2019hi troba una exposici\u00f3 dedicada al director James Cameron. En aquesta secci\u00f3 podem descobrir tota la seva traject\u00f2ria des dels seus inicis dibuixant cartells de pel\u00b7l\u00edcules fins a un rep\u00e0s detallat per grans obres de la seva filmografia com Terminator, Avatar o Tit\u00e0nic entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
