Una d\u2019aquestes estrat\u00e8gies pot ser la participaci\u00f3 a alguna jornada de reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica volunt\u00e0ria, organitzada per l\u2019EI, on pugui participar tothom que ho desitge, i enfocar-la a debatre punts que ens preocupen, millores per al centre\u2026 Una altra proposta, pot ser participar en petits \u201ctallers\u201d, dirigits per l\u2019EI, on es pugui compartir noves metodologies, noves apps educatives, programaris que ens poden ser \u00fatils per dissenyar espais m\u00e9s productius, significatius i competencials. \u00c9s important compartir el que ens funciona, de tu a tu, i buscar alternatives que promouen una millora significativa en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019EA.<\/p>\n<p>Les reunions dels\/les caps de departament amb els\/les caps de cicles (INF, PRI i ESO) serien un bon moment per reflexionar sobre estrat\u00e8gies comunes de centre (<strong>coliderar<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/p>\n<p>Estem establint vincles s\u00f2lids, gr\u00e0cies als\/les docents, als equips directius amb iniciativa, amb comprom\u00eds, responsabilitat i que tenen clar que el canvi \u00e9s necessari, l\u2019alumnat s\u2019ho mereix, mirada transformadora, <strong>mirada 360\u00ba<\/strong>, vocaci\u00f3 de servei&#8230;\u00a0 A m\u00e9s, de les formacions de qualitat que s\u2019imparteixen i dels aven\u00e7os de la neuroci\u00e8ncia. Si coneixem com treballa el cervell de l\u2019alumnat, segur que ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil guiar-los, acompanyar-los en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i de maduresa emocional i personal. El <strong>treball en xarxa<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 ens permet compartir experi\u00e8ncies, recursos i idees per poder aprendre junts millorant la nostra tasca docent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/p>\n<p>Compartint viv\u00e8ncies, experi\u00e8ncies, observant al nostre alumnat i a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019<strong>autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>: tant la de l\u2019<strong>alumnat<\/strong> com l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00e0ctica <strong>docent<\/strong>. D\u2019aquesta manera es pot prendre consci\u00e8ncia d\u2019all\u00f2 que es fa b\u00e9 o no tan b\u00e9, i aix\u00ed mirar d\u2019establir els canvis necessaris per continuar aprenent i millorant. Aquest treball en xarxa, les <strong>visites pedag\u00f2giques<\/strong> i tenir una mirada cap a l\u2019exterior aporta sempre aprenentatges i acaba esdevenint una oportunitat per transformar al propi centre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/p>\n<p>Educar els infants i adolescents, per\u00f2 sense tenir en compte els infants i adolescents&#8230; \u00e9s evident que si ho fem aix\u00ed, no ens funcionar\u00e0, cada cop estarem m\u00e9s allunyats del nostre alumnat i ells\u00a0 de nosaltres, del centre i de la societat. \u00c9s essencial deixar de fer el que no ens aporta a nivell de <strong>comunitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cal que ens parem a pensar sobre <strong>qu\u00e8 estem ensenyant, com estem ensenyant i perqu\u00e8 ho estem ensenyant<\/strong>. Si en el que fem al dia a dia al centre no ens podem respondre a aquestes preguntes \u00e9s que cal que hi pensem. No de manera negativa, sin\u00f3 amb ganes de millorar, de gaudir ensenyant i de veure il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 i ganes d\u2019aprendre en els ulls del nostre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Hem de promoure<strong> metodologies actives<\/strong> a l\u2019aula situant l\u2019alumnat al centre del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge. D\u2019aquesta manera es convertir\u00e0 en protagonista del seu propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge desenvolupant el seu autoconeixement, potenciant la seva autonomia i l\u2019esperit cr\u00edtic.
