{"id":345,"date":"2016-11-15T18:05:47","date_gmt":"2016-11-15T17:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieagustibarbera\/\/?p=345"},"modified":"2019-02-04T16:38:15","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T15:38:15","slug":"article-sobre-lalimentacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieagustibarbera\/curs-2016-17\/article-sobre-lalimentacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Article sobre l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"western\" align=\"CENTER\"><\/h1>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Hola a tothom! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">L\u2019alumnat de primer curs de l\u2019Escola Agust\u00ed Barber\u00e0 d\u2019Amposta estem estudiant com fer una alimentaci\u00f3 sana, una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, aix\u00ed com els h\u00e0bits a l\u00b4hora de menjar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Ho treballem d\u2019una manera molt l\u00fadica, manipulant retalls de revistes d\u2019aliments que hem portat de casa, diferents aliments i la cuina dels diferents pa\u00efsos que tenim representats a la classe: R\u00fassia, Xina, Am\u00e8rica del Sud, Marroc i Catalunya.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Primer de tot, per tal de fer una pluja d\u2019idees, per taules, vam separar d\u2019entre retalls de molts aliments, els que cre\u00edem que eren saludables dels que no ho eren.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Ens va costar fer aquesta activitat, ja que no estem acostumats a treballar coopertativament, i \u00e9rem incapa\u00e7os de posar-nos d\u2019acord i cadasc\u00fa s\u2019apropiava de l\u2019aliment que m\u00e9s li agradava. Al final vam fer la posta en com\u00fa i ens en vam sortir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Un cop haver feta la classificaci\u00f3 en aliments saludables o no saludables vam estudiar en una altra sessi\u00f3 la seva proced\u00e8ncia : origen vegetal o animal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Hem disfrutat elaborant la pir\u00e0mide aliment\u00e0ria, classificant els aliments en quatre grups:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">&#8211; Els aliments que hem de menjar:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">&#8211; Molt<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">&#8211; Bastant<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">&#8211; Sovint<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">&#8211; Poc<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Per fer la classificaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 hem utilitzat retalls de fotografies de menjars.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Molt: Verdures i fruites, pa, pasta i aigua.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Bastant: Llegums, arr\u00f2s i llet.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Una mica: Carn, Peix i formatge.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Gens: Pastissos, xocolata, fanta, coca-cola, sucs envasats i llaminadures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\">Despr\u00e9s , cadasc\u00fa ens hem emportat la nostra pir\u00e0mide a casa per ser conscients del qu\u00e8 hem de menjar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieagustibarbera\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu625\/2016\/11\/tema-alimentaci\u00f3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-355\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieagustibarbera\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu625\/2016\/11\/tema-alimentaci\u00f3-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"tema-alimentacio\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\">Activant els coneixements previs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola a tothom!
