{"id":1702,"date":"2020-05-05T11:53:24","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T09:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ie3dabril\/?p=1702"},"modified":"2020-05-05T12:03:25","modified_gmt":"2020-05-05T10:03:25","slug":"reflexio-en-situacio-dexcepcionalitat-ie-3-dabril","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ie3dabril\/general\/reflexio-en-situacio-dexcepcionalitat-ie-3-dabril\/","title":{"rendered":"Reflexi\u00f3 en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019excepcionalitat (IE 3 d&#8217;abril)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivell d\u2019escola, el primer que vam fer va ser redefinir els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 del 3r trimestre, ja que la diferent manera de treballar no permet continuar amb el que fins ara estava programat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plantejament d\u2019activitats competencials i globalitzades que permetin sumar, per\u00f2 no restar i posant molta atenci\u00f3 a les circumst\u00e0ncies familiars de cada xiquet\/a: recursos tecnol\u00f2gics, germans, pares treballant. Des de l\u2019escola se\u2019ls ajudar\u00e0 en la planificaci\u00f3 o organitzaci\u00f3 del seu dia a dia tot incentivant les ganes de continuar aprenent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019intentar\u00e0 que en les propostes l\u2019alumnat s\u2019hi hagi d\u2019implicar de forma activa, havent de verbalitzar les seves idees i reflexionant sobre els processos que ha seguit, les conclusions a les quals ha arribat o els aprenentatges que ha adquirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumne participar\u00e0 en la seva avaluaci\u00f3\u00a0 i la seva fam\u00edlia tamb\u00e9 (sobretot a infantil), amb l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i reflexionant sobre la manera de com est\u00e0 treballant ara a difer\u00e8ncia de com ho estava fent abans, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s del retorn personalitzat per part del mestre\/a, professor\/a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volem que tant els xiquets\/es com les seves fam\u00edlies, no perdin el\u00a0 vincle amb l\u2019escola i se sentin acompanyats. Establirem contacte amb els mitjans de qu\u00e8 disposin ajudant al seu benestar emocional\u2026\u2026\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A secund\u00e0ria, les tasques estan plantejades en forma de projectes globalitzats, i cada setmana s\u2019envien les activitats, hi ha un retorn, un feedback per part del professorat, a m\u00e9s, aquestes activitats tenen una graella d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i una altra per avaluar la proposta i aportar idees per futures propostes.\u00a0 A infantil i prim\u00e0ria, cada setmana hi ha un fil conductor a l\u2019hora d\u2019enviar les tasques als xiquets i xiquetes, de manera que en la casa que hi ha germans, puguin treballar conjuntament i col\u00b7laborar entre ells. A secund\u00e0ria les tasques setmanals s\u00f3n mitjan\u00e7ant la elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un diari period\u00edstic, on l\u2019equip docent de cada curs selecciona les activitats de les diferents mat\u00e8ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u2019hora de tornar al centre caldr\u00e0 fer una tasca molt important d\u2019acolliment i acompanyament a l\u2019alumnat per ajudar-lo a gestionar emocionalment la situaci\u00f3 actual. La tasca dels tutors i tutores, que ja \u00e9s ara molt important, continuar\u00e0 sent essencial en el retorn, juntament amb la resta de professionals. Caldr\u00e0 centrar totes les atencions en aquest acompanyament emocional: tant de com s\u2019han sentit (por, r\u00e0bia, apatia, etc) com d\u2019intentar gaudir, dins de les possibilitats, de la comunitat i d\u2019estar junts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per conviure amb el canvi constant es necessiten habilitats personals per poder gestionar la incertesa. Aquest moment actual\u00a0 ha suposat un sotrac enfront d\u2019 una realitat que ja don\u00e0vem per segura.
