Sant Pere de Torell\u00f3 \u00e9s el municipi que l\u2019acull. \u00c9s un municipi d\u2019uns 2400 habitants. Es troba situat a la comarca d\u2019Osona dins la prov\u00edncia de Barcelona. Establert sota la muntanya de Bellmunt (1246m) \u00e9s un poble amb for\u00e7a equipaments municipals: camp de futbol, biblioteca, piscina coberta\/descoberta, pavell\u00f3 d\u2019esports, gimn\u00e0s municipal i associacions culturals com l\u2019Aula de M\u00fasica, Acad\u00e8mia d\u2019Angl\u00e8s, entre altres. El nivell socioecon\u00f2mic de la poblaci\u00f3 \u00e9s mitj\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Institut Escola Josep Maria Xandri, p\u00fablic, \u00e9s d\u2019una sola l\u00ednia amb 287 alumes. Actualment, hi ha un <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">26,48%<\/span> d\u2019alumnes d\u2019altres nacionalitats, sobretot magrebina. Un&nbsp; 6,2% d\u2019alumnes presenta alguna necessitat educativa especial reconeguda. La majoria dels alumnes tenen com a llengua materna el catal\u00e0. En l&#8217;actualitat, un 14,9% de les fam\u00edlies del centre tenen greus dificultats econ\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Institut Escola es defineix com una escola aconfessional, oberta i amb el catal\u00e0 com a llengua vehicular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019edifici on est\u00e0 ubicat l\u2019Institut Escola \u00e9s de gran valor arquitect\u00f2nic. Va ser constru\u00eft el 1934 durant la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El personal docent de l\u2019Institut Escola el formen 19 mestres i professors. Es compta, tamb\u00e9, amb personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis: una administrativa, una conserge que ocupa una pla\u00e7a de videll (pla\u00e7a municipal), feineres i&nbsp; monitores i monitors de menjador. Compta, tamb\u00e9, amb l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019EAP i Serveis Socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darrerament el centre acull alguna matr\u00edcula viva fruit de la migraci\u00f3 entre pobles de la comarca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El centre t\u00e9 una realitat socioeducativa de l\u2019entorn immediat a tenir en compte: ens trobem davant de fam\u00edlies amb un nivell cultural mitj\u00e0 alt i nivell mitj\u00e0 de recursos econ\u00f2mics exceptuant un 12% d\u2019alumnes que es troben en un nivell cultural i econ\u00f2mic molt baix (llindar de pobresa). La majoria d\u2019alumnes t\u00e9 el costum d\u2019assistir, en fam\u00edlia, a diferents espectacles, teatre, circ, dansa, &#8230; adre\u00e7ats a nens i nenes. L\u2019escola est\u00e0 situada en un poble petit fet que beneficia els despla\u00e7aments a peu i l\u2019acc\u00e9s f\u00e0cil i proper a la muntanya mitjana, contrarestant que al ser un poble petit d\u2019interior el transport p\u00fablic no \u00e9s prou freq\u00fcent i la gent disposa de mitjans de transport privat per despla\u00e7ar-se. Com s\u2019ha especificat el poble t\u00e9 for\u00e7a equipaments municipals que gr\u00e0cies a convenis amb l\u2019ajuntament l\u2019escola utilitza de forma habitual (gimn\u00e0s, pavell\u00f3, piscina, sales polivalents, &#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant el curs 19\/20 el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 ens ha confirmat la posada en marxa de la secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estem molt il\u00b7lusionats amb aquest repte i estem treballant de valent perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;inici de curs sigui un inici inoblidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">PER QU\u00c8 el nou Institut Escola?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oferirem una continu\u00eftat formativa: projecte \u00fanic i ben articulat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Enfocament evolutiu del seguiment dels alumnes: el coneixement dels adolescents permet ajustar l&#8217;acompanyament al seu estat maduratiu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Interacci\u00f3 entre infants i adolescents: configuraci\u00f3 3-16, oportunitats d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Interacci\u00f3 entre diferents cossos docents: l&#8217;expertesa fa augmentar la potencialitat del claustre \u00fanic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Metodologies d&#8217;aprenentatge globalitzat: seguirem treballant per assolir alumnes competents a trav\u00e9s de la posada en pr\u00e0ctica del curr\u00edciulum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perfil docent: treball en equip buscant capacitats de vers\u00e0litat, polival\u00e8ncia i globalitzaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Horari saludable: oferir una parada per dinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Planificaci\u00f3 consensuada amb l&#8217;Ajuntament: construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;un projecte educatiu integrador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar: consideraci\u00f3 del context social per fomentar la cohesi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Suport i acompanyament del Departament: Xarxa d&#8217;Instituts Escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Institut Escola Josep Maria Xandri \u00e9s un centre de poble.
