{"id":16083,"date":"2025-11-08T08:38:05","date_gmt":"2025-11-08T07:38:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ie-castelldodena\/?page_id=16083"},"modified":"2025-12-02T18:52:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T17:52:05","slug":"estrategia-digital","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ie-castelldodena\/programes\/estrategia-digital-de-centre\/estrategia-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrat\u00e8gia digital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre<\/strong> (EDC) recull totes les accions que es realitzen en un centre, i les que es realitzaran a mitj\u00e0 termini, per aconseguir la <strong>m\u00e0xima compet\u00e8ncia digital de l\u2019alumnat, del professorat i del centre educatiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha de tenir com a referent el <strong>Pla d\u2019educaci\u00f3 digital<\/strong>, on s\u2019indica la necessitat d\u2019assolir la fita d\u2019una <strong>societat digitalment competent<\/strong>, fent \u00e8mfasi en l\u2019equitat i tenint en compte l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del context social i tecnol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per dissenyar una bona EDC cal seguir unes <strong>fases determinades<\/strong>. Per a cada fase ens valdrem de <strong>diferents instruments<\/strong> que ens permetran concretar quin <strong>grau de maduresa digital<\/strong> necessitem que assoleixi el centre en cada \u00e0mbit (alumnat, professorat i centre) i com fer-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per realitzar la diagnosi de la compet\u00e8ncia digital del centre s&#8217;han utilitzat les eines&nbsp;<strong>SELFIE<\/strong>&nbsp;per l&#8217;alumnat&nbsp;i&nbsp;<strong>SELFIE<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>for Teachers<\/strong>&nbsp;pel professorat, aix\u00ed com la plataforma&nbsp;<strong>Dinantia<\/strong>&nbsp;per enquestar les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dades de la diagnosi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elaborar l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia digital de l\u2019alumnat.<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motivar la formaci\u00f3 o autoformaci\u00f3 del docent amb la finalitat de millorar la CDD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenvolupar un protocol d&#8217;acollida del professorat amb la finalitat de millorar la integraci\u00f3 del professorat nouvingut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear espais d&#8217;aprenentatge on els docents amb experi\u00e8ncia formin als nouvinguts a l&#8217;inici de curs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear un espai de comunicaci\u00f3 entre els professionals per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear una unitat compartida per allotjar recursos pedag\u00f2gics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establir un protocol de seguretat a les xarxes amb la finalitat de millorar la CDD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desplegar el curr\u00edculum per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia digital de l\u2019alumnat.<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crear el desplegament de la CDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear el desplegament unificat de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de la CDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formar a l&#8217;alumnat en funcions d&#8217;\u00fas i gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn EVA per millorar la seva compet\u00e8ncia digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear un espai digital per allotjar recursos pedag\u00f2gics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establir un protocol de seguretat a les xarxes amb la finalitat de millorar la CDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementar el pensament computacional de l&#8217;alumnat per desenvolupar continguts curriculars de forma transversal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elaborar els plans digitals de centre per millorar l\u2019acollida i la comunicaci\u00f3 digital.<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Millorar l&#8217;acolliment digital de les fam\u00edlies per millorar la seva compet\u00e8ncia digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ampliar les funcionalitats utilitzades del programa Dinantia per potenciar el programa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenir la p\u00e0gina web actualitzada i ben organitzada per millorar la difusi\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop definits els objectius, s&#8217;han definit indicadors i s&#8217;han temporitzat per assolir-los en quatre cursos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temporitzaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avaluaci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre (EDC) es defineix en tres moments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avaluaci\u00f3 Cont\u00ednua<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada fitxa d\u2019activitat contempla un apartat anomenat Avaluaci\u00f3 (feedback-qualitat). Aquest apartat s\u2019executa al final de cada activitat amb l\u2019objectiu de valorar com s\u2019ha desenvolupat l\u2019activitat, com s\u2019han assolit els indicadors. La comissi\u00f3 digital afegeix la seva valoraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 ha de contemplar noves l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3: L\u2019activitat s\u2019implementa i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3; l\u2019activitat s\u2019implementa i cal repetir-la en un futur; l\u2019activitat ens ha creat una nova necessitat; definir noves actuacions a partir de l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avaluaci\u00f3 Anual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els objectius de l\u2019Estrat\u00e8gia Digital de Centre que corresponen a cada curs, queden integrats en la Programaci\u00f3 General Anual. A final de curs s\u2019avaluen i queda registrat en la Mem\u00f2ria Anual de Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant el curs es fa una revisi\u00f3 de quins s\u00f3n els objectius de l\u2019EDC que s\u2019estan executant i es revisa que s\u2019estan treballant totes les activitats planificades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avaluaci\u00f3 Final<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final del per\u00edode de l\u2019EDC es fa una avaluaci\u00f3 final. Aquesta avaluaci\u00f3 ha de contemplar la valoraci\u00f3 de tots els objectius de l\u2019EDC implementats en el per\u00edode definit. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de servir per decidir si el centre ha de dissenyar una nova activitat de diagnosi, o b\u00e9 la valoraci\u00f3 dels objectius de l\u2019EDC hauran generat unes noves
