The second language assistant, Alexia, is also from Greece, but she comes from Athens, the country’s vibrant capital. She studied at university and holds a degree in Primary Education, which reflects her passion for teaching and working with young learners.
Curious and open-minded, Alexia enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, which is why she was eager to take part in this experience abroad. Travelling is something she truly values, as it allows her to explore new places, meet people from different backgrounds, and broaden her perspective.
Being from Athens, a city rich in history and culture, she naturally has an appreciation for art, traditions and heritage. She is likely to enjoy discovering Spain’s diverse regions, from its historical landmarks to its vibrant cities.
For Alexia, this opportunity to be in Spain is not just about teaching—it’s also about learning. Like her partner Maria, by observing the education system here, she hopes to gather important knowledge that she can use in her future teaching career.
With her love for culture, travel and new experiences, Alexia is excited to make the most of her time in Spain and embrace everything this journey has to offer.
We wish Alexia every success in all her endeavors!
