style=\"color: #2f5d5d;\"><strong>certificaci\u00f3 de qualitat de la formaci\u00f3 professional en alternan\u00e7a dual i intensiva<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a> que presten els centres en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les empreses com a un reconeixement a l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de les organitzacions\u00a0per promocionar el desenvolupament de la formaci\u00f3 dual\u00a0intensiva i la qualitat del servei prestat.<\/p>\n<p>Estem conven\u00e7uts que aquest servei contribueix a la millora de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional en ser una modalitat reconeguda com experi\u00e8ncia educativa\u00a0professionalitzadora\u00a0d\u2019alt valor afegit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/organitzacions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img certificaci\u00f3 de les organitzacions reconeix la seva implicaci\u00f3 i el seu comprom\u00eds social per la formaci\u00f3, la qualitat de la feina ben feta com a referent, la possibilitat de comptar amb un planter de personal qualificat, facilita la cooperaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 en diferents activitats per a la millora de l\u2019FP\u00a0dual\u00a0intensiva (innovaci\u00f3, estades del professorat, grups de treball de tutors\/es d\u2019empresa, sinergies amb altres organitzacions).<\/p>\n<p>Cal, per\u00f2, refor\u00e7ar algunes accions com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consensuar<\/strong> el <strong>pla d\u2019activitats<\/strong> entre l\u2019institut i l\u2019empresa i fer un acurat seguiment per garantir que l\u2019alumnat porta a terme el 100% de les activitats fetes respecte de les programades.<\/li>\n<li>Garantir que les <strong>tutores<\/strong> i els <strong>tutors d\u2019empresa<\/strong> portin a terme una <strong>formaci\u00f3 continua<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del <strong>curs avan\u00e7at<\/strong> accessible en la plataforma \u00e0gora i els cursos rebuts a partir de la <strong>formaci\u00f3 interna<\/strong> de l\u2019empresa que tinguin a veure amb <strong>compet\u00e8ncies transversals<\/strong>: gesti\u00f3 d\u2019equips, lideratge, resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes, comunicaci\u00f3 efectiva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Informar<\/strong> dels <strong>criteris de selecci\u00f3<\/strong> de l\u2019empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir definides, en el <strong>perfil professional<\/strong> del lloc de treball que ocupa la tutora o el tutor d\u2019empresa, les <strong>funcions<\/strong>, <strong>responsabilitats<\/strong> i <strong>compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong> com a <strong>tutor\/a d\u2019empresa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrar<\/strong>, en el <strong>sistema de gesti\u00f3<\/strong> de l\u2019empresa, els <strong>procediments<\/strong>, <strong>registres<\/strong>, <strong>indicadors<\/strong>, <strong>seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 dels resultats<\/strong> de la formaci\u00f3 en les estades de l\u2019alumnat acollit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinamitzar les comissions de seguiment<\/strong> (una al curs) institut-empresa per afavorir la corresponsabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir la <strong>participaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la <strong>tutora<\/strong> o del <strong>tutor d\u2019empresa<\/strong> en l\u2019exposici\u00f3 de la <strong>mem\u00f2ria<\/strong> de l\u2019estada per part de l\u2019<strong>alumnat<\/strong> en l\u2019institut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refor\u00e7ar l\u2019alian\u00e7a<\/strong> amb els <strong>centres educatius<\/strong> amb qui es col\u00b7labora: formaci\u00f3 del professorat, visites,
