Des del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projecte de Qualitat i Millora Continua<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span> i des de la <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unitat FP dual<\/span> s\u2019est\u00e0 donant un renovat impuls per a que la certificaci\u00f3 del servei dual que presten les empreses en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius ajudi al jovent de Catalunya a rebre una formaci\u00f3 dual de qualitat en l\u2019empresa d\u2019acord a uns requisits establerts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tal d\u2019ajudar les persones responsables dels centres a identificar aquells requisits i el seu procediment de compliment, s\u2019ha elaborat un tutorial que podeu trobar en la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/qualitatfp\/projectes\/certificacio-dempreses-dfp-dual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e0gina<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span>, tamb\u00e9 en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/fpdual\/empresa\/certificacio-dempreses-dfp-dual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aquesta<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 Hi apareix en el site en el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/check-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">check list<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des d\u2019aquest article s\u2019anima a les direccions dels centres, coordinacions de qualitat, coordinacions d\u2019FP dual i empreses a apostar per aquest procediment de certificaci\u00f3 com a palanca per la millora, el comprom\u00eds i la implicaci\u00f3 per a una formaci\u00f3 professional de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s important i necessari que les persones responsables dels centres educatius s\u2019informin de les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/xtec.cat\/qualitatfpdual\/empreses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empreses certificades<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span> perqu\u00e8 alguns\/es dels seus\/seves alumnes hi podrien estar fent la formaci\u00f3 dual. Cal subratllar que el seguiment en el compliment dels diferents requisits que els ha perm\u00e8s certificar a l\u2019empresa l\u2019han de fer tots els centres que hi tenen alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns beneficis per les empreses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prestigi social.<\/li>\n<li>Avantatge competitiu reconegut.<\/li>\n<li>La imatge compta molt per a generar negoci.<\/li>\n<li>Aval de qualitat de la feina ben feta.<\/li>\n<li>Acredita la seva responsabilitat social i professionalitat.<\/li>\n<li>Disposa de potencials treballadors\/es formats.<\/li>\n<li>Afavoreix la integraci\u00f3 del personal en un equip de treball i en la cultura de l\u2019empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Millora de la qualificaci\u00f3 professional amb el reconeixement acad\u00e8mic de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia i formaci\u00f3 del personal treballador.<\/li>\n<li>Es facilita la cooperaci\u00f3 i participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019empresa en diferents activitats per a la millora de l\u2019FP dual (innovaci\u00f3, estades del professorat, grups de treball de tutors\/es d\u2019empresa, sin\u00e8rgies amb altres empreses).<\/li>\n<li>Es comparteixen recursos empresa-centre educatiu: instal\u00b7lacions, equips, materials, formaci\u00f3,
