Rudolph! 🦌
In December, the Magic Box arrived in our classrooms. As always, we asked our favourite question: “What’s in the Magic Box?”
We remembered that in I4 the Magic Box brought us a Snowman, and in I5 it brought us Santa Claus. So… what was hiding inside this year?
This time, a reindeer toy came out! But it wasn’t just a reindeer… it had a big red nose! It was Rudolph!
The English teachers told us a beautiful story. It was a little bit sad, but with a happy end:
Rudolph is a special reindeer because it has got a big red nose. All the reindeers laugh at Rudolph because it has a big red nose, so Rudolph is very sad…
It’s Christmas night and it’s very foggy. So, Santa says: “Rudolph, guide my sleigh! Your nose is shiny and bright!” So now, Santa can deliver the presents. All the reindeers are very happy and they love Rudolph!
After listening, understanding and learning the story, each of us shared our favourite part, and we drew the story sequence so we can explain it to our families at home!
We also learned a funny Christmas song:
Rudolph the red nose reindeer,
has a very big red nose!
He works with Father Christmas,
helping everywhere he goes!
Another exciting moment was going to see a theatre play about Rudolph in the neighbourhood of Gràcia, Barcelona. It was very magical and funny! Afterwards, one by one, we talked about our favourite part of the show.
