Before Christmas, something very exciting happened in our I4 classrooms… the Magic Box arrived! This time, when we opened it, we found many special objects inside: snowflakes, a hat, two eyes, a carrot, three buttons, a scarf, a pair of gloves, two sticks...
Together, we discovered that with all these objects we could build a Snowman!
We learned the names of the Snowman’s body parts and the winter clothes he wears.
During the week, the English teachers told us a lovely story about this friendly character. And we also learned a funny song called “I’m a Little Snowman.” The lyrics say:
I’m a little snowman, look at me!
These are my buttons: 1 2 3.
These are my eyes
and this is my nose.
I wear a hat
and a scarf.
Brrr… it’s cold!
As we were learning so much about this funny winter friend, a boy and a girl (twins from the two I4 classes) brought materials to make Christmas cards. Thanks to them, we created our own Snowman postcards! Inside each postcard, we stuck the song lyrics, so we can sing it at home with our families during the holidays!
