D\u2019aquesta manera <b>podem millorar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic al centre<\/b>. Ara b\u00e9, cal tenir referents d\u2019aquest lideratge de manera que, comptant amb la implicaci\u00f3 del claustre i generant espais per reflexionar i dotant de recursos pedag\u00f2gics i de formaci\u00f3 als docents, puguem assolir els objectius plantejats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem de ser cr\u00edtics per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 conscients de les nostres fortaleses. Tot i que cal seguir treballant en una nova cultura docent cal valorar la feina feta fins ara i preservar les nostres qualitats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem de seguir potenciant la codoc\u00e8ncia, observant i aprenent de les bones pr\u00e0ctiques dels altres companys\/es i continuar fent reflexions pedag\u00f2giques i curriculars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No hi ha millor manera d\u2019avan\u00e7ar que seguir compartint material i recursos, tant pel que fa als diferents \u00e0mbits com als diferents nivells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal continuar treballant de forma multidisciplin\u00e0ria, tot i la dificultat de trobar moments i espais per fer-ho, i fer un desplegament curricular de les diferents mat\u00e8ries per trobar coincid\u00e8ncies que permetin treballar de forma transversal. Hi ha feina per fer, per\u00f2 no partim de zero i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s rellevant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019escola \u00e9s una entitat din\u00e0mica que ha d\u2019avan\u00e7ar i evolucionar amb la societat, perqu\u00e8 formem part d\u2019aquesta. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important reflexionar i valorar el que fem. En un moment on el treball en xarxa \u00e9s primordial, cal compartir i posar en com\u00fa les bones pr\u00e0ctiques del claustre, per\u00f2 alhora generar eines i espais d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i fomentar l&#8217;aprenentatge cr\u00edtic. \u00d2bviament, no podem oblidar que cal seguir fent formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per millorar cal ser autocr\u00edtics i per aix\u00f2 cal reflexionar tamb\u00e9 sobre les nostres mancances i pensar qu\u00e8 hem de fer avan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que necessitem disposar de m\u00e9s temps per compartir i debatre perqu\u00e8 ens cal desenvolupar aquest esperit cr\u00edtic que ens permeti millorar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ens cal establir coordinacions efectives entre cicles i \u00e0mbits i potenciar la codoc\u00e8ncia, per treure\u2019n encara m\u00e9s profit. Al mateix temps ens cal incidir en les tutories individualitzades per fer un seguiment m\u00e9s exhaustiu de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estem treballant per fomentar\u00a0 l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 i la coavaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, per\u00f2 ens cal seguir potenciant aquest aspecte, de la mateixa manera que cal refor\u00e7ar el treball per projectes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una transformaci\u00f3 implica no tenir por a canviar la manera de fer, a deixar de banda eines desfasades per donar espai a les noves metodologies i, perqu\u00e8 no, eines digitals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s important el temps i els espais per reflexionar i discutir, per\u00f2 cal que aquesta reflexi\u00f3 sigui productiva i ens porti a millorar la nostra tasca docent.
