Es veuen les part\u00edcules en un microscopi?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La maionesa es fa amb ingredients molt f\u00e0cils d&#8217;aconseguir\u00a0 com: l\u2019ou, l\u2019oli, all, sal i li pots donar un toc afegint vinagre.<\/p>\n<p><b>Per\u00f2 com agafa aquesta consist\u00e8ncia?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ou emulsiona en afegir un greix, l\u2019oli en aquest cas.\u00a0 L&#8217;emulsi\u00f3 es talla convertint-se en una barreja l\u00edquida i grumosa amb boletes de greix.
